It is not a myth that a number of phones may be combined. You could either start a new account, or add a phone to the existing account. I did both - added the second directly - then later added my third phone to the existing account after the dealer said they could not. This was the dealer's laziness rather than Orange policy, and Orange told me that there was no reason for the dealer not to have done it, or to have said this.0 -
mrs wrote:Hi, I called them about the bill that I have received for the calls made between April 8 and 12 and they refused to refund.... How come Orange has this discriminating policy? Should they refund to one customer they should refund to all.
I totally agree- it shouldn't be down to having to keep trying different reps -as most seem clueless.
I have been quoted-"the system says we put the warning on from 9th April so we will not waive charges from this date on - and anyway you knew it was a calling card number so that we means we can charge for it- warning or not"You know what... you can't beat a good bargain!!!0 -
why is it that o2 and t-mobile allow free access and international calls to simply-fone, while orange and voda do not? surely they too will be making a loss on international calls made?0

who cares!!
as long as foolish people don't bug o2 or t-moble or keep on mentioning this everywhere mebbe they'l not cotton on to this & bar the service.

I had the same problem. I explained that I would test this in the courts. Rather sensibly (from their viewpoint) they backed down and gave a refund up to the point they began playing the warning.0 -
