Just visited simply-phone website and cannot find their 07744... number anywhere! For International calls from UK Mobiles they now offer 08700 419567. Have I missed anything?

I also noticed this & called them this morning..

Was told they have problem with that web page but not to worry as their service is still going strong [thank the lord!!] and anyone can access their free calls frokm mobile [o2, orange & t-mobile] product with dialling:

nope.
07744 974 363 to be used only with a contract & only with cross-network minutes

Just to say that I used the simplyfone 07744 974 333 number on the 9th of March to make a 5 minute call to a friend in Africa (to test if it worked). Got my monthly bill in the post and ....whooopeeeee =cost 0.000p! And I'm on BT Mobile with 100 free (from now on international)cross network minutes!

I keep getting the message "sorry there is a problem with this call" or something similar whenever I call simply-fone no. for calls to Pakistan and India.

After the first few times, I called their customer service number and he did something and it connected.

The next time I called, same problem this time simply-fone CS said "try again in half hr" - I tried until blue in face but no response to date (1 week at least now).

Now its, sunday so can only call India, meanwhile 400 xnet mins going to waste!

Help, what is going on, I believe I tried various SF numbers. Anything else I should do?

Quick question also, I have an O2 contract and it allows 0870, 0845, 0744(used for international calls) & 0800 numbers from within my free minutes but I want to find out if 0871 is free also?

On the same lines how can I find out what numbers are included?
