Fingers crossed for you Rach - I agree with SirM, got to go in low - you can always increase your price, but reducing it is tricky. And if you get your first offer accepted you will always wonder if you could have got it for less. Appalling night last night, 10.30, 1.55, 3.15 and 5.30 wakenings - why oh why when last week she was going from 8 pm thru to 3 or 4 am???

delain just popped in and wanted to offer sympathy for the antics of your KH. x

Thank you :) fortunately that was the last session and it's very likely there will be no more owing to his behavior ;)

Can anyone advise me on baby sleeping bags? LO is currently in our room in a moses basket and with all the wriggling and turning round she does, I'm worried the basket will topple off its stand one day soon. So we have ordered her a cotbed for her own room, and now need to get the bedding. But I'm not sure whether to go for traditional sheets/blanket or sleeping bag. The sleeping bags look kind of restrictive, can babies turn themselves over in them? I'm afraid she would get very frustrated if not. We generally only put a blanket loosely on top of her at the moment so she has the freedom of movement she needs.

MI3... Mine could climb out of the cot while in the sleeping bags.. turning over isn't a problem. Squeak rarely goes in hers now as she gets hysterical because she can't kick her legs like she likes to. She won't even have covers on so has a bodysuit, sleepsuit and cardigan and I sometimes flop a light blanket over her when I go up.. it lasts about 5 seconds usually!

How warm is the room? My room is always very warm, and is currently much too warm for a sleeping bag. Squeak kicks all her covers off, I don't mind because there's no way she's cold, even with the window wide open my room is like an airing cupboard!

I liked the sleeping bags with Charlotte as she couldn't kick the covers off.

Every night when I go to bed, I have to go in and cover her back up again as she's kicked the duvet off.
Here I go again on my own....

We have a draughty old house, but even in the winter she didn't seem to like having covers on her. She quite happily sleeps in just her vest and sleepsuit at the moment, but I'll want to have something for her in case we have a cool spell and for when Autumn rolls around.

MI3.. you could put one of those fleece sleepsuit on the top of her ordinary sleepsuit as an extra layer and/or a cardigan. But she will wake up if she is cold.

I am glad to hear that :D I think it's much easier to relax and enjoy it more when you don't have the stress of everything being so new :o

Oh my mum has now done a total u-turn and admitted her KH estranged hubby got on her wick and she took it out on me :p
