If C is being windy and fractious, I HIGHLY recommend swaddling. And babywearing - does OH have a sling? This can really make a difference.top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

Thanks team
We do swaddle, it helped some (but doesn't stop her being windy and miserable!)
We use Infacol (although immediately before feed, not 20 minutes... hmm)
Gripe Water and Colief both on the shopping list, but will be a week til she's a month old
We've only taken C out twice so far, and OH did indeed sling her, we have 2 slings available. Around the house we've not been but she's usually happy in her vibrating bouncer anyway - on the whole it's the nights where she has periods of misery!0 -

*grumble* £95 on a new battery
could've saved a bit of money by going to Halfords or similar but I have 2 small children and things to do and I couldn't be bothered
paying the AA to do it on the spot was a simpler option. Hate spending a hundred quid on a car I want to get rid of though
wah.
