MSE Pregnancy Club Official Ebay/Ebid Baby Fund Thread

Options
Recently on the MSE Pregnancy Club it was suggested we have an Ebay challenge to boost our funds for the upcoming arrivals.
So this is a thread to share our progress, give each other support on getting things listed, sharing successes and crossing fingers that stuff fetch loads!

Best of luck ladies (and any gents who want to join!)

Thanks to elle-gee for the suggestion of this thread. :T

    This Saturday I WILL
    • Sort thru my gear and decide what to put on eBay and what to chuck
    • Take photos of eBay stuff
    • List around 10 items starting at less than 99p so I get free insertion!
    Good Luck everyone

It would be nice to have the running totals and members list all in one post on the first page. Think if everyone posts on here it will end up like the Pregnancy Thread - we will take over MSE.

But yes, Sami you are a geek but we love ya!

  • can i join too please? although i have some money in paypal i will start afresh with a total of 0 (i cant get the pound sign to work on my laptop).

my aim is to list at least 10 items a week. i have a fancy spreadsheet that OH made me to calculate my ebay profit but i will have to wait until he gets home to post a link as i am rubbish at stuff like that!
  • Sami - Count me in. I'll start offically tomorrow :D

Just to clarify does it have to be ebay? I may be breaking the rules before I even start but I'm going to use it as a baby fund booster by which ever means possible e.g. ebay, ad-trader, cashback sites, surveys, etc. Basically I was thinking of raising cash any which way at all, as long as it boosts the coffers.

    Is this OK or no?
You laugh because I'm different - I laugh because you're all the same

Think you can raise funds anyway you like to be honest LOL Main source for most of us will probably be Ebay but I don't see any reason the other sources should be excluded... :)
