LOL I have no idea about tilting or not as I ended up with a general!
we just decided to all go for a nap in the big bed. epic fail, L just spent 45 minutes rolling around and kicking us lol.Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
I was tilted too. I'm interested to hear you've had 4 sections. I was under the impression that you could only have 3 max (I know if you were pregnant with a 4th it would have to come out somehow). I was very happy with my section and have no plans for a VBAC if I have others, so it's nice to know I could have 4 if i wanted (only want 2/3 at the minute).
they used to say 3 but with improvements in surgical procedures they upped it to 5 at most hospitals.. some of the better ones are now saying 6
I know someone who has had 6.. buts lets face it if you have had 1 it isn't going to make much difference how many more you have the physical scarring is alerady done it doesn't heal any better or worse.
Aanyway.. i have had 4 and am pregnant and if I can help it there won't be a 5th...LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Straight after my 3rd the surgeon told me a 4th would be tricky because my uterous was thin at the bottom, I said I didn't want anymore and he then tried to convince me it would be absolutely fine, just tricky. Now I want a 4th but this is something that puts me off - I'm certain it would be another section.0 -
I'm scared of sections
I used to work in a brewery lab and we used spinal needles for extracting samples of lager out of fermenting vessels. After taking samples with the needles, I've been absolutely terrified of epidurals as I know how big the needles areHere I go again on my own....0 -
Eek Becles, I don't think I'd be able to have epidural after working there. Maybe a good thing, really, you wouldn't be inclined to cave in and ask for one! lol...
Sorry been absent a bit lately - no excuses, just the usual combination of business & tiredness. Lovely long weekend to relax, though. Just got back from doing a massive ASDA shop - after which I always remember what we forgot :P. Also still need to get some garden soil to plant my leek seedlings before they die! Was very annoyed that ASDA didn't have any chunky crayons for Finn, but we got some washable markers instead (hope it wasn't a mistake), we shall see.
Anyone got any plans this weekend?top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne
would like to win a holiday, please!!

I'm just flinging.. got the boys room almost reasonable.. 3 baskets of washing!!! 4 school shirts for the bin and a pile of stuff for ebaying. a binbag of rubbish ... then more rubbish from the middle room, kitchen and bathroom.. I wish I knew how it all kept getting in.. there is so much stuff it is unbelievable!
I half sorted the landing last night.. and the table with my ebay piles on.
OH away to pick up prescriptions and he can take small pest with him so I can have half an hour to try to get some stuff moved in the bedroom.. it is a dumping ground at the moment and I never get to do it as she sleeps in there. I want to get some ebay pics done too.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
we are mostly playing with L and relaxing! Took him to the park this aft and were going to go for a coffee but was quite busy so decided to save the money instead!
question: L keeps being a tiny bit sick, he's not a sicky baby at all. I'm just wondering if it's related to the fact we've been leaving him to cry a bit to try and help the sleep situation, I felt terrible as he didn't have his usual nightly feed and then was sick this morning after the first feed...i'm assuming just as he took loads quickly?! he's also desperately trying to crawl so spending lots of time on his tummy so that could be part of it i guess.Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
Josh had his first taste of something other than breast milk!
I pureed some carrot for him earlier and he seemed to quite like it!
The face he pulled at first was priceless! My mum said ot make sure we caught it on video..classic!
I don't think I'm going to have too many problems with my boy eating solids..he's a big 'un who seems to love his food!
I'm intending to carry on BF'ing him to 6 months though.Metranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0 -

These crayons are great:

Asda do them as well.
They're a soft crayon in a plastic shell like a ball point. They can draw easily with them, but you can encourage them to hold a pen/pencil properly.
When the nursery teacher came out for a home visit last June, she was very impressed because Charlotte was drawing and holding the pencil correctly
Best with supervision though as Charlotte has a tendency to twist loads of crayon out then cries when it snaps.
Busy day here. Was up and out to boot camp at 8am and it was a really tough one this morning with almost 3 miles of running, plus a load of leg and core muscle work.
Then went to work and did a supermarket audit. Came home and made some lunch. Put some washing on the line and worked on some spreadsheets for work. Took the dogs and various children for a walk. Got the ladders and a saw out and cut back a load of overgrown trees and shrubs from next door (have permission to hack off what I want!) Cooked tea and just having a quick cuppa. Then got to get the washing in, put Charlotte in the shower, then story and bed, maybe do some ironing, go in the shower and wash my hair, then I think I deserve a sit on the sofaHere I go again on my own....0 -

Mine have all been quite sicky in the days before getting new teeth.
He could also have just gorged himself and it was posset rather than vomit?
Squeak coughed until she was covered in mucus earlier.. it was very disgusting.. she doesn't seem ill at all but keeps having coughing fits which are nasty
I have sorted her clothes now so all the 6-9 and 9-12 are packed away.. she is so huge!!!! Good job most of the stuff I got in the sales for next winter was 18-24 months!! It would never fit her otherwise!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
