What age is squeak now, Delain?
She is 9 months, I should really update my sig lol.
None of my others ever did anything when they were meant to, they were all delayed so Squeak seems to be growing up ever so fast compared to themMum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o

Unfortunately T1 can be quite emtional despite her other problems and already seems to be quite affected by it all
I am ten weeks today but have not been to see the doctor or even rung the midwifeI expect we will find out when the time comes as the twins will want to know. Currently they have told me I am going to have boy/girl twins called Alice and Morgan :eek: and they haven't even been officially told yet thats just what they want lol.
Squeak is quite speedy with her commando crawl too, she loves the cat food bowls. I am going to have to move them lol she went over to them at the weekend and took her plastic spoon _pale_
Yay for teeth, I can't believe how much it changes their appearance when they arrive.
Squeak has 8 teeth and a lot of hair, people tend to think she is about 18 months :rotfl:Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o

Oh yes, we have impossible nappy changing too. If they weren't so expensive I'd be switching to the pull up ones
Just me and Squeak today so we're hanging out at home after dropping the twins off this morning lol
Weather has improved considerably here, still v breezy but warm and sunny, ideal line drying weather.
Have found out ex MIL has been saying to the kids that OH 'shouldn't be at your house' and ex has been saying OH 'isn't allowed to be near them' which has been playing havoc, no wonder Twin1 has been in such a state all the time and saying she only wants me and no one else, especially since she has always had a good relationship with OH before. Ex has also been telling them OH isn't allowed to tell them off and that I'm not meant to ask them to tidy their rooms I should do it, and Ex MIL told me in front of them that I have to give them baths not showers because they told her they wanted a bath and showers aren't any cleaner? I fail to see how sitting a child who has wet the bed in the bath and washing their hair with the water they are sat in is cleaner than a shower
Charming the lot of them, Ex MIL refuses to recognise Twin1 is upset because of her, she now loudly tells me (in front of them!) that it's because Twin1 doesn't like OH and I shouldn't be going out with him in the first place  I can see me having to get a solicitors letter sent to her politely reminding her that if she insists on undermining everything we do at home I will stop contact completely.
Sorry that turned into a bit of a rant lol. But I feel better now.
I hope everyone enjoys the nice weather and can get out and about and make all these LO's so tired they don't have the energy to wake you up at night
KH did the same.. he even told DD1 OH wanted to sexually abuse them and wasn't inerested in me at all
Mine told KH they hadn't had a bath for months.. no they hadn't.. but they had hundreds of showers!! Best prart was he brought this up at the mediation so looked a right moron when i explained in my bet patronising voice about the literal sense 5 and 7 year olds take everything.
These were told OH was a stranger and they aren't allowed to talk to strangers.. strangely the same logic didn't apply to the women he was seeing and they spent much less time with.. He also fed them crap about OH no being their dad etc.. so we had a talk about them having a dad and OH could be their friend because everyone needs a friend.. and I was very careful to make sure his woman was included in the friend bit.. she won't ever be their mum because they grew in my tummy etc but she can be their friend. They repeated the conversation pretty much word for word to him.. The atmosphere imroved hugely then in here.
As it stands grandparents are not automatically entitled to contact so i'd mention that next time his mother chips in.. I'd also be telling him to grow up or he wouldn't be seeing them either!.Oh I forgot, on the plus side, Squeak can say Mum now :j:j

Only nearly???
Squeak is trying to say hooray when she claps now and copies the cats meowing.. mad baby!
Rach.. I always changed mine on my lap.. they don't wriggle and cannot escape.. DS3 was impossible to change on the floor I used to pin his arms with my legs and just get on and ignore the screams..
Right.. B&Q it is then!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
We have attempts to say cat, but it just comes out 'A!' like in Apple. She only says it when she sees a cat though, and it's all colours of cat, and today a miniature dachsund (?) that a woman took on the bus, but I'll let Squeak off there, it didn't look like a dog :rotfl:
Also we have 'ba ba ba' which I think is her trying to say her big sisters name.
ETA my cat is weird. It makes no sounds at all usually. I did have a cat that never shut up but she was rehomed for other reasons.
Apparently our new kitten is not a silent cat lol.Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o

Well I suppose after so many pregnancies you get blas! about telling the doctors & midwives:p:rotfl: At least the twins have chosen normal names and not Tinkerbell or worse Bieber(Yes I have heard this recently!!*shakes head in disgust*:p) Just hope it's only one and it's a boy...although knowing your OHs luck it's probably another set of girl twins:D
:rotfl::rotfl:With a spoon??? Bet that looked comical, did she manage to dig into the cat food??:D
Try and get that warning to XMIL asap.....you must be seething:mad: Shame you can't tell them all to jog onbut you can dream:)
