I would love mine to walk at 9 months...she is way too heavy to be carrying about so she could just trot alone behind me

Well I've found with some that once they can walk they are a pig to get in the buggy... and it's a nightmare when you're out for 3 hours a day on varying buses as we are and they get overtired

We had some very sweet things from Squeak yesterday... she started doing 'kisses' making the noise and leaning on me :) I swear I almost melted it was lovely. None of my others did kisses till they were about 2 :o

Then she kept leaning on me and looking up and smiling, then when I twigged she was trying to play peekaboo and joined in her little face was a picture :D

you're just not bossy enough.. mine have all been more than happy to go in the pushchair.. though I have a feeling missy might be a little more difficult, she hates it already. She does slobbery kisses too :D and she does raspberries in my neck because it tickles and makes me laugh which she thinks is hilarious.

pigpen, I just noticed your sig - CONGRATS!! That must feel amazing, especially with another littlie on the way. You give me hope for my own goals :).

I'm kinda glad Finn's a really late walker - sounds like way too much hassle! 14 months and he's barely even sofa cruising, lazy bum :rotfl:

Where has the day gone? Sundays are always like this, yet I haven't gotten ANYTHING done that I need to. And I'm sooooooooo sleepy. *yawn* Should've gone for a lie-down when Finn did, but now it's too late as he should be waking any moment. Always how it is, eh?

Congrats on the sig pigpen. That's great news - well done :j

Busy Sunday here. Been at work till mid afternoon, then came home and walked the dogs, loaded up the car with stands for tomorrows work, ironed and cooked tea. Got some typing and online work to keep me busy this evening.

Charlotte is sleeping out my parents this evening so I'll miss my bed time cuddles :( I need to leave earlier than usual in the morning as I've got that CT scan and the hospital is in the opposite direction to my parents house, so it's easier just to leave her there overnight.
Here I go again on my own....

    Well done Pigpen :D

Grargh, horrible day with DH being horrible. He was up all night stressing about stuff, which meant that he was tired but also that he didn't get anything done. But he didn't do it overnight either and was just being a !!!!!. Went out to save his life, came home and he'd not fed the toddler or changed the stuff from washing machine to dryer, just put her to bed an hour early and unfed on the offchance that she might go to sleep till I came home and had to mop up his mess. I'm so angry.

But on the bright side I now have 51 ebay items up and if I get no more bids I make over £15. But there's a week to go on all but two and ten days on those, tons of watchers too so I am optimistic.

Good luck tomorrow Becles, hope it goes well xxx

Sorry to hear you've had such a bad day SS. Hope you feel a bit calmer now xx

Poor Jack is missing Charlotte. He usually sleeps on the landing on an evening when she goes to bed as he likes to keep an eye on her. He's moping about wondering where she is and keeps looking in her bed for her - bless him!

Our house hunt drama continues, have seen a house in a place I'd love to live (I'll admit an odd location in the loop between the slip road and a major dual carriageway lol) but it's a 2 bed, looks huge, says has 2 reception rooms so gonna go see what size they are and if the LL would be happy to have 6 people use it as a 3 bed. Im nuts :o

Nice to see you Kitkat, can't quite believe Squeaks is 6 months either
^^I can't believe it either, it only seems like last week you went off the PGT!

When I was a teenager we moved into a 2 up 2 down terrace house... My brother got the bedroom and I got a bed settee in the front room... When my Dad's motorbike got nicked from outside, he bought the replacement one into the front room at night for a few months until he had a hook secured in the wall... Not entirely sure the petrol fumes were good for me lol...

Hope the house is good, and the landlord willing... Maybe don't make the children share rooms with a motorbike though... ;)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Up and having breakfast before I go to the hospital. Bit nervous about it, but should be ok when I get there. Don't suppose they will tell me anything today, and I'm seeing the consultant again next week to discuss it.

Got masses of work to do afterwards then got all my World Book Night books to give out at school this afternoon. Looking forward to giving them out to the other parents and hope people enjoy reading them.

Hope everyone has a good day xx
