Vodafone complaints

Signed up for a new contract in March, got told I could upgrade after 3 months, turns out I can't and this offer didn't exist at the time.
After various discussions with Vodafone, half managed to get it resolved by asking for a transcript of the original call, which they couldn't provide!
But really annoyed as the offers they're making me to upgrade are just the standard and nothing to recognise my 10 years of loyalty!
Oh well, only 5 more months of contract to go!!!2p off is still 2p off!0 -
Hi would you mind sending me over the email address as I'm having a nightmare trying to get through0

How long do you think you should wait for Vodafone to reimburse you £1,400 they debited from your bank account by mistake?
Well, although they've admitted their mistake and promised to repay me, I've been regularly phoning them for a week and keep getting fobbed off with we'll credit it to your mobile account (!), it'll be 14 days, we'll call you back as you're a priority, the CS manager's in a meeting and he'll call you back within 48 hours, etc, etc. It's all tosh!
In the meantime, I'm overdrawn and getting nowhere.
The reason they overcharged me was that they changed their computer system in May 15 and my account was somehow transferred over onto a basic package. They then began charging me £6.38 per Mb of data. No texts to warn me I was running up a huge bill. No phone call. No monitoring for glitches when they swapped computer systems. They only found out because I told them and the lack of concern and zero response is disgraceful.
Is there a phone number for the CEO's office as I just can't get past the CS advisors?

Would never get a Voda contract again, unless they get voted no1 for care.
The 50GB free promo on payg with a £10 bundle caught my eye, bought it on debit card - no 4G, no 50GB, on hold forever burning mins up on my contract. 191 cant be called with a bundle, message to top up, P off Voda if I buy a bundle I expect not to pay for customer care in mins or credit.
Online chat, they ask security questions, I fail last one, they said the one word answer, I say favourite place - which is not the answer but the security question...I think ok ok its a easy mistake to make for a offshore dollar a day monkey.
Anyway... explain issues fully and im then transferred to payg advisor, who asks the problem, I tell them read up the chat (really you would think common sense dictate to say hello and I'm just reading the notes) 25 mins to get 4G and 50GB activated.
Sign up for Voda Account, use debit card to remove adult lock.
Yesterday My Voda login not working, try to reset, my email and YUP my Voda mobile number cannot be recognised!
Back to chat, same thing, explain, transfer...how may I help? REPLY: I have been transferred to you, please read above conversation.
Ok so we now go to security...AGAIN they give me the one word answer to my security question and I have to say 'Whats your favourite place?' as my answer to proceed!??
Oh yes I see the problem, they sent a email to reset, says will hold until I login and confirm sorted, but leaves chat anyway.. thankful login works.
Last night I was trying to get on a website about nutrition, age barred. Yes nowhere after debit card age verification (really ? under 18s now get Visa/Mastercard debit cards) does it say after card/age debit card verification you must manually change settings on the U18 bar by logging into your account.
A complete drama and a half just for payg....

Thanks for the email address.
I'll be letting (text removed by MSE Forum Team) know how his company remove huge amounts of money from their customers' accounts, admit their mistake then think it acceptable to pay it back when they're good and ready to!
Appalling!0 -
