Vodafone complaints

I rang that number last Sunday. I was given it by VodafoneUK Help on Twitter. I rang it and Lo and behold got through within minutes. I hadn't read your post otherwise would have tried it much earlier.
This phone number should be a sticky on this forum, that would ensure that customer complaints get resolved quicker (in most cases). Vodafone are in real trouble, they have been waiting for the Virgin deal to happen and they are reluctant to resolve their problems until they know the outcome of this, if they do not merge / takeoever then this could be the end for Vodafone as we know it. The funny thing I read on the internet was that they were going into broadband supply - who an earth would but broadband from a company that can't even run a mobile phone network ?0 -

Vodafone Broadband is THUS the old Scottish Power Telecom/Demon internet, its the best run part of Voda UK.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -
I have a sim only contract with vodafone. Today, I had a text message from them that I have used up my data allowance, and that I am now being charged £6.50 for 250MB! Being a customer of vodafone for over a decade despite their poor customer service, now I think it's time to jump ships.0

Actually that sounds like a rare good Vodafone act. Usually with most networks you'd only find and and start complaining afterwards. Sometimes even Vodafone do something right and get criticised.0

Would it not be advisable to text a warning rather than a unauthorised charge.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -
Since it's unclear what the text said or when it was received, it is good practice since a) it's up to the user to keep tabs on what they've used and to stay within the bundle they contracted to and b) they don't have to send any text.0

My point was 250 MB of data for £6.50! That is a lot for that amount of data, I had not been made aware of this when I signed up for the sim only contract.0

Maybe that's because you neither looked nor checked your useage.0

Always using data on your smartphone? Add an extra 2GB to your UK data allowance for just £10 a month. Terms apply
