returned a phone a week ago. they've confirmed its back
trying to get them to amend the contract end date so I can upgrade in store
10 hours on the phone, 6 on live chat and 2 hours in store
no further forward
to change a date
they've agreed that I'm right and keep promising 24 hours
8 emails over the course of the week to the CEO and no reply
I have no phone so cant call them and bawl them out
all I need is a bloody date changed, that they've agreed has to be done
any help would be awesome as i'm at the end of tether here0 -

Poor you. Welcome to VodafoneSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -
Just a silly question. How do you get in touch with magical Lee... he seems to be the only one to sort issues out0

He posts quite regularly on the Vodafone Complaints thread as to how. Read that starting from the last page.0

Hi,
I recently agreed an upgrade on 2 numbers on my account via an online chat with a vodafone upgrades and retentions specialist.
The Vodafone App is showing that the agreed bundle has been applied correctly on 1 number, but hasnt been applies as agreed to the other number.
In addition, I was told that the handsets would be free - but have received an invoice in the post for each one!
Obviously I want to get this sorted asap - because if it cannot be rectified and I do not have the bundle that was agreed, I would rather return the phones and cancel my account!
So much for being a loyal Vodafone customer!!
I have completed my details on the Vodafone online form as is advised on here, but havent received a confirmation email yet.0 -
Just got an acknowledgement email - ref #116007700

This is the only telephone number for Vodafone that can help you, this is a direct number to the CEO's office who has a team working for him, if you call this number between 8am and 8pm I guarantee you that your problem will be resolved.
I don't understand why people keep wasting time posting on this forum, ring this number continuously and they will resolve the problem for you, the forums and their normal call centre number is a waste of time, call this number and the problem will get resolved - call it continuously as they hate this but you have every right to call it until your problem is resolved. Vodafone has tried to get this post removed and the number removed from the forum, but luckily Money Supermarket is truly independent and has not given into their threats.0 -
I rang that number last Sunday. I was given it by VodafoneUK Help on Twitter. I rang it and Lo and behold got through within minutes. I hadn't read your post otherwise would have tried it much earlier.0

Awful, awful company. I was so stressed and wasted so much time on their chat/call centre lines. Have given up and sent them a letter by snail mail, recorded delivery so I know they've got it. I signed up for an upgrade and new contract, but they sent my phone to a random address (signed for, assumed stolen) but they still refuse to cancel my contract and seem to think I'll still pay it for 2 years for a phone I don't have. I've cancelled my direct debit, don't know what else to do. Really not interested in them anymore but would like my PAC and don't want it to go on my credit rating in the future0
