  • Some one please help me. I am new to Forums like this. I am the only one that can't get the email form on the Vodafone web site all I get is a web massage saying it cant find the web page. I understand about the FIT135 code, but unless I can email them it is no good to me. I have written to letters and had dozens of calls if this can save me going through the Ofcom process I need to find a way to email them.

eforum.web@help.vodafone.co.uk - write "WRT135 -MSE" in the title.

So I too seem to have fallen 'victim' to the 'joys' of vodafone customer service (NOT).

I have cancelled my contract with them - it took 7 attempts to do so and now they are sending me a final bill, which is fine.

My query is this? As I dont trust this organisation at all can I cancel my direct debit with them and send them a cheque for the final bill? I dont want things to turn even worse with them but also dont trust them to only take what they need to without taking any more.

    Thanks.
  • I'd stick with the direct debit. Otherwise you may find an extra charge later for not paying that way and end up paying more and/or (if you miss it) a damaged credit file for the next six years.
  • Same here not sure what to do, trying to find an email address so that i can record contact with complaints dept. This will allow me to have the ombudsman to sort this out as im getting nowhere. no one seems to be able to do anything. loss of records of 'taxable revenue' very disturbing might help to mention that. Good luck will let you kno if i get any further.
  • My only ever issue was resolved, but only party. I still think they were in the wrong, although I did get something for free.
