Hi Lee
Please can you take a look at my request Vodafone has not been able to activate my sim over 2 weeks now.

Record your conversations. Take down names. Report them to Ofcom / Ombudsman with conversations as evidence.
Having spoke to someone today, being on hold for 46 mins....it appears that the bundle still hasn't been applied to my acct and that my charges for this period are 27 pounds already.
But I've been promised a manager will call me within 24 hrs to resolve this situation0 -

My experience with Vodafone during the past 7 years has been very good. I admit I had an issue with a Nokia mobile and it was repaired 3 times but I was then given an upgrade to a much better phone without asking. I have just renewed my contract and I'm very happy with the new deal.0

I'm surprised anybody would buy that guff !
It really is imperative that you record ALL conversations you have with Vodafone as they are expert at lying, cheating and fobbing you off time and time again. It is slightly easier to hold them to account if you do this. At least they can't deny (which they ordinarily do) what they've said.
I use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.andrwq.recorder&hl=en_GB (Android)
Just put your speaker on when the call is answered and it'll record both sides of the conversation clearly.0 -
