I just signed up. They would only provide the 3GB data if I signed up for two (which I wanted anyway, my brother had better be grateful!) and after consulting a manager.
There seem to be slightly different deals going with this one. I only got one sim and the lady who sold it to me said I was getting 3gb - I specifically asked and confirmed this.:A :A :A :A

Just a thought, if you ask for you PAC for your current number could you phone back and tell them that you want to port you number onto your new sim and give them that PAC, see if they will take it or the hint anyway.
If not get a free PAYG sim port the number with the given PAC and port it back to T-Mobile a couple of days later, it's a pain but think of the £££ and the deal your getting
Hi
i understand the PAC needs to have been provided by another network to allow the transfer, i even asked to transfer from my current t-mobile 30 day rolling contract to a t-mobile payg then i was going ask for PAC whilst on t-mobile payg and port this the £7.50 pm t-mobile sim . But they weren't having it .
Anyone know if all the networks allow just a 24hr time line on payg before you can request a PAC or will i have topup / remain with them for the first 30 days etc etc as any payg sim i have will just be a stepping stone to transfer my number . All help appreciated.0 -
Just signed up a 1.30 - it looks like a great deal. Phone contract due to end with O2 next month and am looking to go with tmobile anyway. Now just have to choose a handset to buy! Thanks for a great tip!0

can anyone suggest a cheap handset to use with this deal, I don't need anything smart.0

Anyway, TMobile rep just said this hot deal ends today. No guarantees of it coming back so if you want it, go for it!Tough times never last longer than tough people.0

I'm quite tempted to get an Orange San Fran and this SIM only deal, but my current Tmob contract doesn't expire for about 40 days. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what I should do? I'm slightly tempted to order this SIM deal while its still on, but seems a bit wasteful...d'you guys think there'll be something similarly good around in a month or so?0

easy one sign up today and in 40 days when your contract expires port it over to a pay as you go say virgin for instance then get the pac from virgin and port that to your t-mobile a bit of a pain but t-mobile allows you 60 days to port a new number in I signed up for my mum today a great deal and im porting her number from giffgaff she was previously on orange so no problems now since orange and t-mobile share the same network hope this helps you out
thinking about it you could ask for a pac in 10 days as your 40 days away from expirey and then port over to virgin top up £5 minuium you can ask for a pac 30 days before your contract expires and then tell virgin the same day you don't like it and want a pac withing 2 days your get a pac from virgin and then your be able to port your numbert back to t-mobile0 -
Ive also ordered one but im unsure about one thing, the internet fair usage. I was told its 3gb and it says this on there site too but only for android phones.
It says other phones is only 1gb. Is this correct? And also how do t-mobile know if you have a android phone or not?0 -

The specifics of the £7.50 deal elude me but from the T-mobile website, unless you buy an Android phone from them, you won't get the 3GB internet option. It's actually called "internet on your phone plus". See here. <---- CLICKYTough times never last longer than tough people.0
