    What's T-Mobile's 3G data coverage like, compared to O2.

I've an iPhone which is now out of contract and this sound to good to be true.

It's much better on the whole.

I see you also selected unlimited landline's your booster, I forgot to ask if it's true unlimited (I guess it won't be) or if it's for the first 60mins of a call etc.

My thinking was the 600 mins will be used calling mobile numbers and the booster will be used calling landline's, therefore are we really getting:-

    600 mins to mobiles numbers
    Unlimited calls to landline's (01, 02 & 03 numbers)
    500 text
    3GB data

If so that's makes an amazing deal even better.

    3000 minutes for landline calls.

Also the flexible booster can be changed by text message (free) completely automated.

You can see what you currently have by texting 'AL' to 150 (free)

Yeah I suspect they will bill the 600 mins however you use it first and then your left with the landline usage.

In fairness I will never use this amount up - I use max 400 mins total a month plus about 100 texts max - sometimes less. But this is still cheaper than any deal offering fewer texts and mins plus the internet data is included here. :T:T

Just need to decide which smartphone now.

(Could you PM me the link too please? :) )

That's not how I found it works.
The landline calls if you have the unlimited booster get taken from there - it doesn't deduct the main minute package.

So what you're saying is I'm going to be getting:

    600 mins to mobiles
    3000 mins to landline's (booster)
    500 text
3GB data full speed and over 3GB reduced speed

Plus can change my booster monthly via text

    All for £7.50

That's better than bloody brilliant :T

I'll point out I'm now on:

    100 mins
    100 text
    500Mb data

For £10 per month, I've never gone over my text or data, sometimes go over my mins but not by much.

As you've noticed... its not a bad deal ;-) Superb in fact... you might want to turn off your voicemail as that is extra, i always work on the basis that they can either text or call back..

I hardly use voicemail, but was thinking of setting up a message saying not to leave a message but to text me and I'll call them back.

But if I can turn it off that's even better.

And of course you can use the inclusive landline minutes to phone geographical access numbers like 18185,s or localphones one,s to make cheaper calls that are not included in your bundle. EG Intl, 0845/0870, etc

Yup. 3GB is a lot of data on a mobile phone, they will warn you about going over it but you will not get charged extra. Just might find it throttled and that any downloads probably won't work 4pm-Midnight.

Re the minutes - in that case then you might want to look at the other boosters. The Euro5 booster is particularly useful if travelling in the EU. Last time I went away for a long weekend my roaming bill was nothing :)

I also got this fantastic deal tonight....

I originally signed up to an Orange 30 day sim only contract a few days ago that was put together by the Orange Retentions Dept.

I got the following from Orange:

    300 Anytime Mins
    100 Texts
    Unlimited Internet
    Unlimited Landline Calls
£5 discount per month on Racoon 15 = £10 per month.

I called Orange and asked if they could match the T-Mobile Sim Only Deal but unfortunately they couldn't get anywhere near it so PAC requested and off to T-Mobile now...

    Got the following from T-Mobile:..

    600 Anytime Mins
    500 Texts
    Unlimited Internet 3GB
Unlimited Landline Calls as Flexible Booster
£7.50 per month (12 month contract)

I was also told that the £7.50 per month will continue after the initial 12 month contract so long as I call customer services on the 11th month and request it.

Great Deal and Fantastic Service so far!!! Well Done T-Mobile!! :T

It was posted that T-Mobile had to get extra staff into cope with the amount of calls received today and this deal was to end at 4pm, it was extended to 6pm due to the number of people trying to get through on the phones, it was then extended until 8pm

Now someone has just posted on another site that T-Mobile was so busy today and a lot of people tried but missed out on this deal that they are going to continue it tomorrow, but after then it will return back to £15 without the 3GB data allowance.

I think Martin or one of his Team need to advise everyone of this deal, since this thread can be missed by most visitors to this site, but I'm not sure how to do that.
