yep absolutely shocking since xmas eve!!!!
not happy!!
i imagine it's busier than usual this time of year in terms of the number of people online etc. and i guess they (biscit/v21) don't have any (or as many) staff monitoring things.
incidently my girlfriends fast4 (the new company) dial-up isn't much better.....0 -

Today I tried the following numbers but still didn`t get connected `til 5pm
08089933025
08089933127
08089933172
08089916234
They all dial-up but then the usual message about the remote not responding,etc.,etc.
do all these numbers work with the same username/password details??0 -
Yes, but even if you get connected,it`s as slow as a tortoise

Is it worth phoning V21?? Biscit ??? or whoever they are these days to complain? I see a lot of MSE have had trouble contacting them in the past.
I think i'm going to sign up to BB, can't be a***d with all this carry on!0 -
Slightly off topic here but I'm sure I read/heard that Tiscali were going to offer Free Line Rental in 2007 to its BB customers, has anyone else heard this or was it just a dream?0
