Not that there's much in there to help us....
oap - Yes my DD was taken from my account on the 15th too. Went to a bank branch today and having completed a simple form, the £11-98 has now been refunded into my account (part of the DD guarantee scheme).

PS Cancelled my DD too, of course, although not sure where that leaves me viz a viz my FreeTalk telephone service...? Although their website says they are a V21 company, I gather that like Fast4 they have now declared UDI.0 -
If you look on the V21 foruml, Stu (ex staff) has left a helpful comment including phone number for Free talk.0

I went to look at this and found that most of the areas are closed unless you are registered. Then found out that I can only register through my 'customer login'. If I could login, I wouldn't be looking for help!! :rolleyes:0 -
Same here Capt S. Haven't been able to access ANY Member Support since 6/10 and have entered all possible combinations for the V21 thing. Biscit doesn't seem to have any (I was F4 original NOT V21 so maybe am with Biscit and NOT V21 anyway...).
All emails to support/marketing/accounts etc @Biscit remain ignored after weeks and so no idea what my current T&Cs are (said via email on 6/10 to be same as original ones with F4 ie month contract, £4.99 Unlimited DU) nor what the rate is though agreed monthly amount went from card 18/11.
Refunds for previously unauthorised deductions (2 x £4.99 19+23 Oct after 18 agreed fee) promised for 1/11 have still not been made. ISPA involvement got no results since Biscit have ignored the 5 day to reply promise made by ISPA and the latter body ignoring follow up emails on this.
CAN log on but this is not a professional service re the communication and lack of clarity NOR the absence of ANY support via the contractually obligated Members Console.
Only choice is to send regular updates to Ofcom etc in the hope they might put pressure on Biscit to act correctly.0 -
I can still log on to the customer portal but then again, so what?
No one ever answers your queries and you can't cancel your contract.
It does tell you when they are processing payments though...I'm NOT political so DON'T correct me!0 -

Do you still get the option of changing to DD though?
I like my credit card, and don't want to have to go through the hassle of 'loosing' it, and it seems that the dd option gives you a bit more leverage if they start taking too many payments out0 -

Almost all the money Biscit/v21 unlawfully took from my account over the last two years, £79.92 in total, has been credited back into my account. I am still in dispute with them over one £9.99 payment.
They seemed to move quickly once I managed to contact them.
Good luck to everyone else who is dealing with them.
I have finally recieved a phone call from Biscit.
It took a number of ticket comments and emails to Hugh Paterson, but they have finally agreed to refund the last payment.
I was also assured that from the end of this week, speeds should improve at busy times when the v21 dial up system is finally sorted.Russ.0 -
Capt Slog
Just had a look and lo and behold, YES, it appears you do.
Couldn't access this though - you can't change payment methods 7 days b4 payment is due or if payment is overdue.
Haven't used this option. Perhaps I should but then again. what's the bet that I end up paying via DD and my card? :rotfl:I'm NOT political so DON'T correct me!0 -
...er...spoke too soon, methinks.
I paid the other day and yet they're still processing my payments!
How many will it be this month?I'm NOT political so DON'T correct me!0
