Victor_Delta many thanks for the DField address, I emailed with my details but stupidly forgot to include the actual address I was complaining about ,however I have had an email back saying that as soon as he has my address he will reinstate it.

Following on from my post of 8th Novemeber. I still cannot access e-mails sent to my speed-mail.co.uk account, all my log in attempts, including that qazwsx temporary password, fail. Have e-mailed to D Field but no reply to date, although I re-sent the same e-mail yesterday and included my old e-mail address (which is working) Customer ID and Password. No reply either to telephone calls or Members Portal messages sent several days ago!!
Very. very, disappointed to say the least!
Has anyone who reads this page got any other ideas I can try? I should add that I read the V21 Update page every day for info.

Sorry to be a meanie, but I don't really want to comment because there are still ongoing issues with chargebacks.
It is also possible i could still be charged for the service if the billing machine hasn't been told i've left, and since i never got any reply from accounts, those charges will will be met in the same way.exprog wrote:At this point I'm still maintaining my cautious optimism.
It is looking a little more optimistic now as the *upgrade* work continues.
Also, now the gates have finally been opened it should perhaps make things a little easier for future escapees0 -

Customers who are having isses with thier @v21.me.uk and @speed-mail.co.uk accounts would be advised to try logging in via the webmail systems. which can be accessed at:
http://webmail.v21.me.uk
http://webmail.speed-mail.co.uk
Using your full email address as your login ID, and your previous password, if this isn't accepted please try qazwsx as an alternative. the Password can be changed via the web interface.
If you have tried the speed mail webmail address and it doesn't work, then there is nothing you can do apart from wait for mr dfield@ to put your account back into their system.
It's obviously a problem at their end caused by the migration of the accounts.

I phoned there premium rate techie number only to be told my account is not on there data base and I need to phone customer services . I cant phone customer services when I am at work ,and to reall p1ss me off they took 2 payments off me in October ,but my bank is sorting that.0
