    3.Said that the terms and conditions were as before the takeover of my account

    I can't chech any of this until tonight.

    I can confirm that 08089933172 is working.
    Just dialed up myself using it.

    That happens with all three 0808 numbers including the new 3172 one.

    I also havent been able to connect for weeks using any of the three 0808 numbers

    Never seem to be able to get through to anyone on the customer service numbers, when I eventually do am told someone will ring back, no-one ever has!

    It is costing a fortune in 0845 payg dialup costs and 0870/0871 customer service calls

    And there seems no light at the end of the tunnel

    And me!! Haven't connected for weeks now, try every day but it never works!!!

    The cost on BT for the 0845 is 3p /min daytime and 1pmin evenings.

    I've also got this dial up number as my "Best Friend" (oh the irony!) and so get a 20% discount on it. This is not as good as the 0808 number which I'm already paying for but it's not too bad.

    I switched from Freeserve pay as you go when their number became an 0844, this wasn't eligible for any discount, and was about 2p in the evenings, 4pmin daytime!.

    Although not as much as expected

    £1.80 for an hour internet usage is pretty expensive

    When paying an additional £4.99 for 'unavailable' internet access

    You guys should keep a log of your xtra expenses and try and claim it back from Biscit.

    You can now log-in and see your account details but the option to cancel is now missing.

    When I log-in and click on email accounts,it says I haven`t got any,looks like the old speed-mail one is obsolete.
    It does however give you the option of creating a new account @v21 etc.

    Actually, it was like that for us before they took it down, but the speed-mail accounts did work, with obviously some down time.


    No cancel button you say ??
