Yes press 141 to hide your number.

"I have found this freephone number - 0800 089 21 21 on V21's website."

questioner wrote:After joining the joke outfit Fast4/V21 on 27/9, I have found today that the following month's payment has not come out of my bank. Maybe this will occur in the following days?
I wouldn't junp to any conclusions - mine was due to come out of my bank 2 days ago, but instead they took it out of my credit card.0 -
Geoffo_M wrote:Hana, I don't wish to sound a cynic, but isn't that a typical police response to any robbery these days!
Yup, can't argue with that!! And not just robbery either, anything that doesn't generate revenue in my experience. They're pretty hot on dishing out speeding/seatbelt tickets though...!!0 -
Hana wrote:Still can't get my emails, either via Outlook or Webmail, but something interesting has just happened. I sent myself an email (to my speed-mail address) yesterday. It stayed in my outbox for ages, as I got the password box whenever I hit 'send/receive'. Just logged on again now though, and found it's gone. Checked my sent items and sure enough, it's there. Still can't receive, but it appears I can send again.......
And it went through, if the one I sent to someone else was anything to go by. But just tried again and not anymore. Did someone at Biscit read that post, realise they'd let mail get out and put a stop to it??!!!0 -
Like most in this thread i have also had connection problems with Fast4 but now another problem !!! I now have to redial every hour when it use to be every 2 hours. It only seems to have started today.
I am on the £4.99 dial up package.
Anyone else noticed this ?0 -
JoanneJ wrote:Found out in last 5 mins on library PC yesterday that I too have had THREE payments taken (total 14.97!) from 18 - 23 Oct and this at a time when I have had NO online access granted for EIGHT full days; after paying for Unlimited Dial Up with F4 in Sept.
When theft is involved I find there is only one route to follow; so have given a very in depth statement to the Police referring to the dodgy 'HQ' (grubby looking estate agent at 9 Hale Lane Mill Hill NW7; with a plaque stating BISCIT!) and the many thefts reported on this site too.
Hopefully the law will finally catch up with the culprits behind this increasingly apparent scam. Suits for compensation should follow.
Now to look for another ISP!
Good luck to all other victims......DID Martin find anything out after all??
this is exactly what happened to me too, even though I cancelled my connection 4 weeks before they took the money (now on bb). Going to file complaint with my cc company (nationwide), but thank god nationwide gives your money back without any hassle
good luck everyone:beer:  :beer:0 -
Hello all, please tell me if anybody is on broadband with V21/biscit that was on Fast 4 to start with, and if you also cannot get your e mails, thanks.
Now it has just occurred to me that with our insurance there is an ombudsman, and water companies, electric etc, do you think there might be an ombudsman for isp's? COULD MARTIN FIND THIS OUT FOR US, ?
Cheers, oap0 -
