Hi, well it does not stay on long enough, when I try to connect to outlook express it says in task bar connected to lin2.biscit.net then goes off, no time to hover!! I do wonder if I should try and do another account set up with biscit there instead of v21, although I was told I was a v21 customer.
They should have sent me an e mail on how to set up again if thats the case as I have not got the full info, getting fed up now, oap0 -
I nearly signed up to Fast4 broadband but fortunately I came to my senses in time and signed up with Virgin.net instead. I sincerely hope Biscit don't get hold of them as well.
So all I have lost is my old Fast4 email account (pity though because it was the only one I had which didn't have spam filtering and antivirus). So I'll have to sort through all my stuff and change email addresses on everything (Ebay, Paypal etc.).0 -

Don't know what customers it relates to (might be Broadband).0 -

They are both still listed here with packages!!0 -

You can't get more secure than that! :rotfl:
Seriously, though, if you find yourselves in this situation, change your password ASAP!!I'm NOT political so DON'T correct me!0 -
For so many people to be having problems with this company, this is clearly not acceptable.
It seems only ONE person has so far received recognition of a cancellation and that is Caretaker http://www.thecaretakers.net/biscit.html
Do we ALL now have to start blogs or web-pages to get this company to listen ??
Many people are now reporting double and treble billing problems!
What do we have to do to force this company to release us and stop multiple billing ???0 -
nothing, I tried to alter my account to out biscit.net still no luck, so put back to where it was. They donot recognise my password or qazwsx, what a carry on. oap just checked my bank and credit card, all ok SO FAR!!!0

Ditto! I cannot seem to login into my email with any combination of passwords / usernames  ! Thank goodness it's not my main email account!0 -

Man, I don't want to be around you when you get your next phone bill!
Re webmail, most people tend to get a webmail account through either Hotmaill or Yahoo. Both are free to set up and easy to use. Webmail simply means your email client (reading/writing/sending/etc) is on an internet website and not your own computer at home. Hope this helps.I'm NOT political so DON'T correct me!0 -
Hi guess who, that caretaker site is well worth looking at, just read the whole thing, I am 70 years old, and although doing very well with my computer I really feel I cannot go through all that to cancel my account, so will plod on and hope they get my e mail working soon, they say all will be ok by 30 October, hmmm.
What is going on if their office is an estate agents office, surely they must have a head office somewhere?
regards oap0
