I've repeatedly tried to cancel and failed they've essentially scammed me out of another months subscription.

I couldn't cancel either and have been charged for the next month. I've filed a complaint with the credit card company

As some people seemed to get some response from this address support@biscit.net I sent an email on 23rd October asking for information. I have received no reply.

Today I also tried phoning the 0870 383 0030 number and used option 1 for V21. The good news is that I did get through to someone fairly quickly. She took my name and customer number and said someone would ring back. The normal news is that nothing has happened.

I begin to suspect that as soon as someone manages to usefully get through to them they plug the gap so it doesn't happen again.

Tomorrow I will check my bank account.

When I was with V 21 and could get on the members log in my next payment was none due, I e mailed on the members panel and said it was 3 November, they apologised and made it 13 November, so far,, have checked with bank and nothing taken except the original set up.
Nobody has phoned me back, where do we go from here, anybody any ideas?

Checked this out and clicked on the V21 Status, where I found the following link to webmail:

Just for a second I felt a teeny bit of hope. Should have known better!! Found it just as useless as everything else I've tried. Has anyone had any success with accessing their webmail?

It currently shows the mail servers as down since the early hours of the 27th.
