Its been said time and time again on the MSE forums that some customers will experience good customer service and others not so good.. Unfortunately it always seems to be bad service we hear about on the internet with customers complaining about the service they have received.

I ordered Sky and found the service excellent, call answered quickly and professionally and order processed - No complaints yet!

Can someone use plain english and help explain to me what is going on,
basically we were with V21 ok they got taken over by biscit, what i do know is we have a maxsurf login.
at the moment we have broadband, who i supplying it? can i get a mac code? if so who do i contact?
I am really not sure who is involved in what, i have searched on the web, but its all so confusing(for me anyway)

As far as I know V21 has gone the same way as Biscit.

you probably will have to wait for the DNS settings for the domain name to get around the internet before you can view - some can see it, others cannot

I've just got the link to work from my post.
Try typing https://www.v21.co.uk straight into your browser, as it is active. It doesn't have T&C, just a link to sign up.
