When is a T&C not a T&C that is the question.
The thing with their T&C's is they seem to be linked to timescales and procedures elsewhere on the website (which change over time).
If you can be ruled out (invalid claim) because you breached a timescale or a procedure (as they currently stand) how does that square with timescales etc. that were 'in force' when you took out your contract?
I screen printed everything at the time I took out my contract since it became obvious (as I mined the small print) that it was likely to caused testicular pain in due course.
Anyway, let's see how we get on.0 -

You are in the pound seats.
The ts + cs you have printed are the ones you should stick to, and they are the ones to hold them to! (You can't legally lose the game if you breach any other ts + cs they have subsequently dreamt up (unless of course they offered them to you AND you accepted them)0 -
Provided you have a firm grasp it's them who'll be risking testicular pain.0

I was beginning to think I had made a mistake choosing this dealer after first claim in July didn't go to plan with the online submission as I hadn't received anything after 7 days. I thought I had been selected for the "special treatment" having read some of the horror stories on here. However, I notified the company rep who had posted her details on here and at start of business on the next working day I received a reply, it had been processed, approved and cheque dispatched, with cheque received the following week. I also received a detailed apology.
Second claim submitted online earlier this week, acknowledged and sent to cashback team early next day, confirmation email received that my claim has been approved and cheque sent.
Will update when cheque arrives, but the online form submission problem may have been resolved (or at least improved).

Feeling a bit sheepish Lynsey, knowing that you were ahead of me (claim-submission-wise) but now seemingly behind the curve. I am putting it down to my boyish charm and the fact that I took a hostage when I handed over my valuable cargo at the Post Office.
No need to feel "sheepish", it all just confirms what is posted regarding this company. Their system(??) is flawed and there is no real logic - despite months and months of bad press/postings.
I'll leave it a few days and then let them know of their failings, there's still a (smallish) chance they may eventually send out that email!!!!!!!!!
All I can say is, "It's going as planned/expected". :rotfl:

One of my people had their first email; I'm still waiting for mine. Not a problem - know how to proceed should it not arrive!0

Of course - though I've managed to take Royal Mail out of the loop most of the time.0

Something I may have to consider myself in the future, missing Royal Mail out - at least until they get taken over and they start doing what they advertise and are paid for. Royal Mail in my opinion deserve all the bad press they receive on this and other forums, a shocking service (for premium service) which never seems to improve. A bit like another company getting bad press on here!!!!!!!!!!!
