That's the ONLY direct number now.

You might try sending a message via the website.

    Strange one???!!!!

Got a text message saying claim accepted, blah, blah, blah, but text was sent to wrong mobile number for claim!!
We have multiple accounts with T-Mobile and it looks like they just sent a random text to any number on the bill. lol

See how ot goes, hopefully paid by Friday 16th with a little luck.

I received my 3rd cashback cheque today after a more troublesome claiming process. As Mobile Junkie says, take care of your own claims and don't assume my experience will apply to you but for reference:

8/11/11 - Sent web site email claim, got immediate email acknowledgement.
15/11/11 - Got text confirmation of claim accepted.
08/12/11 - Received cheque in post. Cheque dated 02/12/11.

So this time the complete process took exactly a month instead of the usual 2 weeks, but I'm relieved to eventually get the cheque.

They have a message on their site about banking problems for claims between 26th Oct and 26 Nov I think.

The norm might be 2 weeks but they do state 28 days to get a cheque after the date its been approved. 10 days to process + 28 days for cheque to arrive.

My bro's cashback - emailed on 12th Nov, confirmed paid on 18th Nov and arrived today 8th Dec.

And I have a claim sent on 30th Nov - no idea if its been processed yet.

I have 2 claims running currently.

First one submitted on 18 November, confirmed as processed on 3 December (having chased it on 28 November) Cheque arrived 8 December.

Second one submitted on 23 November, still waiting for confirmation of processing. Chased it on 5 December and received automated response today with a whole load of guff suggesting that I refer to the FAQ. I have chased them again and will be resubmitting etc. They have also changed the address to which postal claims should be sent.

Things seem to be changing every week....

I just submitted a bill.(I know this is the correct bill as I have successfully claimed in Septemeber). Then logged into my account in mobiles.co.uk. and the ported number shown there is wrong! It is the mobile number of my contract with e2save. This may be what happened in your case and the text was sent to your other number.

You are only 100% correct - thank you.
We have 2 accounts currently with mobiles.co.uk and I've just checked both accounts and they are both showing the wrong ported number!! They are actually showing the same nember on both accounts and this number is not even applicable to any - it's a former account with them which was ported to Orange a while back.
Strange thing is, our last claim number has NOT even been ported. lol
It basically a sim for my son to use exclusively on his Ipad for data only.

Thanks again, mow I know why the text confirmation was sent to a non-Mobiles.co.uk account number.
    Again..............strange one.
