minnie, I read loads of threads that I don't reply to. Most are contaminated by vacuous remarks from a twerp who dabbles in every post without an inkling of what the Hell he's talking about.

Age 19, shut in a turret,'till mom gets back. probably dressed in a sailor suit.

    Sorry it infiltrated beks thread.

Mutter, you express a lot of negative energy in most of your posts and now you have given an insight as to why.

You have a negative life, probably down to the overwhelming stench of discrimination, ignorance and an extra dose of bitterness.

Sadly, I am not a health practioner, so whilst I cannot help you. I will resolve to not let your following posts anger me, I too, will pity you.

Wow, what you are implying there is wholly unnaceptable.
I think that if you are going to take the highground here, then the ignorant and offensive comments should be avoided.

ERH, excuse me!!!! ? That is your OWN sick mind not mine and please apologise.

My comments regarding smarty pants who is apparently from wealthy stock, snort, then refers to it living opposite a school playground and having a rogue dog running around the neighborhood. Hardly salubruious as it boasts!

Just what were you thinking? My mind must be more pure than yours. Apologise please.

You won't be getting an apology from me.

You know exactly what you were insinuating with those comments of which I have quoted and replied to. You have been on this forum long enough to know much about Fang as you have expressed.

I know that if anyone deserve's an apology it is not you. I believe you owe someone else a heartfelt apology. I very much doubt, given the kind of person that you are, that they will get one.

Mutter, you know the phrase 'when you're in a hole....'

OP, I hope you manage to sort things out as amicably as possible. You come across as a very strong, independant woman, so I'm sure you'll be ok in the long run. You don't need a man like that dragging you down.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker Mortgage-free Glee!
    Beckseven,

I hope you manage to get some legal advice tomorrow. I was married to a bully once too. Friends warned me that it wouldn't be easy and I might not be mentally strong enough to deal with the !!!!!! that would likely hit the fan. I was and you sound strong enough to deal with this too.

sounds too like you have a good supportive network of family and friends to turn to.

    Good luck for tomorrow.
Mortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j
  • I was going to say you completely wrecked my image of you wearing Sherlock Holmes type clobber, smoking a pipe and looking out the window of your huge Edwardian mansion, looking for inspiration to write!

    PHEW!

Oh god, I think I'd rather have the other impression! Unless of course you mean the new Sherlock, and then I'm all for that.

The law favours who they are staying with when the legal issue starts so whatever you do make sure he leaves change the locks after he goes everything, then you can sort out whether it is just a normal domestic and can be sorted - trust me you will never forgive yourself if you dont do it i learned the hard way.

Good luck and go kick some butt (not literally of course)
    xx[/QUOTE]

Some people are so ignorant of the law and then post it on here...DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CHANGE THE LOCKS....YOU would be in the wrong by doing this..

It is not illegal to change the locks, you would change the locks if you lost the key, for example.

It is however then legal for her husband to force an entry. Most people would think twice about this, which is why I did suggest it would reduce the chances of his moving back in six months down the road.

Please don't refer to me as ignorant (if you were) as I have checked my facts with a solicitor - unless of course, you know better than someone trained in the law?

eta and as for being in the wrong, morally and in a vacuum you are probably right. However Becks has her family to consider and a man who has ordered her to leave her family home to contend with. I believe this creates a moral grey area.
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x
