    Another bug....

PS how do I prevent the site continually accessing the various webtrackers sites that it does during the transactions which is clearly slowing it down.

I wonder why they're appearing in random order? Mine (and OH) are listed in pure account numerical order now (used to be determined by the numerical order of the sort code first, then the account number). For me, this works better because the main account that I use is the first one I opened (so lowest number), and so now appears first in the list.
Definitely not numerical - maybe numerical within sort code. Whatever - our joint account which we have had for 35 years and which has all our SOs etc - now appears halfway down the list and the other accounts which I named 1 2 3 etc (so it was easy to do the vantage shuffle 1>2, 2>3 etc - are now displayed 6, 2, 4, 1,.... etc. (Suppose I could rename them all - but !!!!!!!!)
  • While viewing my current a/c statement this morning I noticed on the right of the screen a graphic of a man looking at his computer while standing on his head. Is this how they think we should be viewing our accounts? The site was fine originally, very clear and easy to use - why change it?

Maybe it is something to do with the account names (although I can't think why it would be). I've never named any of mine, and as I said, they're just listed in account numerical order.

My account don't seem to be listed in any particular order, on the previous site they seems to be lists in numerical order (regular savings - with an english sort code, current account, esavings - both with scottish sort codes, then my credit card last). Now my current account is listed first followed by regular savings, then esavings then credit card last. It seems like they did have it in numerical order, now it's in the order that i opened the accounts followed by my credit card, although this could just be a coincidence.

I have also had the ???null??? thing, it showed up a couple of days ago when i logged in then yesterday where the null message had been it was replaced with a link to set up mobile text alerts. Logged in again this morning and the null message is back.
  • I believe the site is slower to navigate, the home page has a better layout, but the statements reading Bottom to Top are dreadful.

The way I increased the speed of web site's is to add site/s to my hosts file. for example statse.webtrendslive.com

I use WindowsXP Home. The host file is located at C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

Open the Host file with notepad, and add the following line

    127.0.0.1 statse.webtrendslive.com

    So it looks like this:

    127.0.0.1 localhost
    127.0.0.1 statse.webtrendslive.com

Add any other URL's that get on your nerves.

This will increase the speed of the LloydsTsb website.

    All the best.
  • Anyone got any screenshots of the new site (with personal details blanked of course)?

I'd be intrigued to see what's changed since I left LTSB.

    UPDATE!!!!

To all those who have commented on having problems reading the statements from bottom to top....TSB have listened!!!!

Ive just had an email response from them, and you can now reverse it to read from top to bottom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Go to your statement...
Click on the little green triange at the side of the word 'date'....

Hey presto, its now in the original order!!!!

They also explained that the accounts are listed in the order that they were opened, oldest at the top, and that can not be changed.

But at least I can understand my statements again:T:T

Thank you LLoyds for listening to you customers:)
