my OH has the new version, it looks so much better and more professional.

They have clearly listened to people too, the card pictures have got smaller.

& I think it is faster.

Do we know how they are deciding who to switch over and who not to??

1) no -fast broadband
2) Its slower cos it takes more clicks than before to acheive a particular action (eg make a payment, if you need to see the reference) + It's now linked into tracking sites which track your site usage which make it really slow (it is possible to block these sites though to speed it up)
Bugs -here's some
1) its possible to get the balance for 1 account displayed with the transactions for a different account displayed below
2) FPs in - update the transaction list in real time, but not the balance (until the next login)
3) There are 2 options for making payments one that displays references and one that doesn't. (Why?) If you go through to the payments tab, (so you can see refs) and make a payment then choose to "make another payment" - it goes back to the payment option that doesn't display references, - so you have to start again from the list of accounts.

Can I add that I have spent years in IT project management and I would I never have been allowed to release a site with such holes.

Add to that the fact that my 9 accounts are now displayed in some random order (main acc now in the middle of the list)and do not fit onto 1 screen so the monthly Vantage shuffle which used to take a few secs now takes an age (well couple of mins) -as I have to scroll up and down to check each transaction. - Previously the quick payment option and all the accounts were displayed on a single screen, so easy to follow the transactions.

- another NO NO in web site development -making the user experience worse - and all for the sake of a few card images !!:(

I wonder why they're appearing in random order? Mine (and OH) are listed in pure account numerical order now (used to be determined by the numerical order of the sort code first, then the account number). For me, this works better because the main account that I use is the first one I opened (so lowest number), and so now appears first in the list.

I dislike they've got rid of quick payments, for transferring money through your own accounts.
Vantage time will be going up! Also sure it takes longer to do anything generally.

Another bug....
A one point a figure/option should have been displayed...instead I get a ?????null???? in its place.
In my younger days I wrote engeering software (fortran) and this is the sort of thing which would have been found long ago during testing.

PS how do I prevent the site continually accessing the various webtrackers sites that it does during the transactions which is clearly slowing it down.
