MY cashback payment appeared in my bank account today, so threatening them with legal action does work. I have other payments due in the next few months so I'll update here.

Hi I've been waiting for mobileshop to give me my cashback for ages. Just found this thread, can someone summarise what I should do, I have 3 lots outstanding, 2 of them over the 60 days they said they would pay within.

That's usually all that is needed with Mobileshop. If you give them an inch, they will take it.
Keep on top of the situation, what was advertised is what you require - nothing less.

Good luck, though Mobileshop are normally pretty good when threatened.

Does anyone know if mobileshop are still sticking to the same excuses they have been using for the last couple of years? Or maybe they realise that nobody believes a word they are saying so they don't even bother to explain themselves anymore?
