I've been Money Tipped!
My hubbys last payment is due to be paid by the 10th Nov. and he has just checked if all is ok via the online chat service and was told they are still having delays. He has waited almost 60 days and has informed them he wants his payment paid on time. It looks like a LBA will need to be sent next week. Shame as they seem to have been paying on time as of late!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally got my final cashback out of mobileshop over 120 days days, after numerous emails were either ignored or fobebd off with standard replys. LBA letter was sent and ignored...
It took a small claims court claim via moneyclaim to get them to pay up, got a a £25 cheque for court fees as well.
Terrible company for cashback, I definitely wont be dealing with them again.

• For anyone still having issues with these muppets, here are some e-mail addresses that were highly useful to me,

Robert Rawlinson, Director and CEO, rr@mocomgroup.com

He then forwards it to his Customer relationship Manager who is Lindsay Drever-Marshall with the following e-mail address,
lindsay.drevermarshall@mobileshop.co.uk

Use them to push your cashback claims forward, although I'd suggest only using them if you have made a valid claim and are simply waiting for payout; if you have somehow failed to do the claim right, then in my eyes it's your own fault (unless it isn't!!).
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)

• hi there, can anyone help me, ive handed in the first 4 of my bills in and they were all registered on the site but when i regularly checked my status it told me of the delays. I decided not to go for the argos stuff and instead decided to give them some time. I thought if i had to do a small court claim it would be best to wait for three of them to be go past the 60 day period.

Well the other day i checked my old email account and there were 3 old emails for my vouchers B,C,D (they never told me this was how it operated so i never checked that address frequently - as far as i was concerned i send in my bill, they send me the cash) The first voucher is not listed anywhere. I clicked on D and C first and again refused the argos stuff. But i noted this was a totally new procedure that wasn't explained to me before. C and D have been acknowledged and they say ill get paid in 60 days. But when i clicked on the link for voucher B it said 'sorry this cash back offer has expired' - !!!!!!!!! they never told me that id have check my email and click on a link that has an expiry date (did they??? i cant find it anywhere in my ts + cs) - can they rip me off like that? Ive checked my terms and conditions and it does not say anywhere that if i fail to reply to their emails they will get forfeit my cash. It doesnt even discuss any of this new 'click on the link we will send you and decide about the argos stuff' - nothing.... Theyve changed the rules of the game surely!!!!

I checked my cashback status on their site reguarly and no where does it say that these vouchers are waiting for me to click on a link they had emailed me.

what do you think??? im a legally entitled to the money for voucher B and presumably A (though there is no email for it)
• If I remember, when you get their e-mail saying they'd received your claim, you had to validate or repeat what you were getting, i.e. repeat that you wanted cash and not vouchers.

However, this ain't in their T&C's so I'd do the polite e-mail to the above addresses and ask for your money.

Not having an A voucher is wierd, coz if you failed on A they wouldn't be willing to pay B, C, or D would they.

I'd go the whole hog and list clearly how much you expect to be paid, with me I got my final 2 x £90's within 7 days by the above route.

Just been on the MobileShop.com website today, and notice they don't sell mobiles directly. But are now resellers for phone4u, woolworths, dialaphone etc.
