I am also finding Mobileshop tardy in paying cashback recently:

(1) They were late in paying a referral bonus and I had to chase several times before it arrived (due 24.07, evantually received 08.08)

(2) They are now late paying my third cashback, due yesterday. Their confirmation email stated payment by 02.09 but their website tracking tool now shows a payment date of 17.09.

(3) The confirmation email for my fourth cashback gave a payment date of 16.12 whereas the T&Cs applicable to my contract make the payment date 01.12.

I note that the revised T&Cs shorten the claim window by 15 days but maintain the same payment dates. I really hope they are not in trouble and are just incorrectly applying the new 60-day payment term to old contracts...

This is the same that has happened to me. When I spoke to them yesterday and asked why they had changed the date in their tracking system, they said they hadn't, that the date had always been the 17th and that they couldn't change the payment dates! My payment date has always been the 2nd sept though so I am a little annoyed at them denying that they had changed it.

can only speculate here, but I did notice the price for the Nokia E60 going from Free to over £80.00 in the last three weeks - no changes to the contract offered with it (O2).... perhaps they miscalculated their profits from missed cashbacks...mmhhh...speculations speculations...

That sort of thing happens quite often anywhere, especially with new models or changing tariffs

Perhaps the phone changed price between batch offers. Other deals have stayed the same there for months

Has anyone got a cash back yet via quidco from the moblieshop yet please? I have bought a couple of mobiles going back to april and may and still keeps saying being tracked.I bought one in august which still doesnt show at all on quidco as being tracked,i have submitted an enquiry as to why this hasnt shown up,the transaction is shown on quidco.

I've got one going back to April, just says Tracked on the quidco website and the est payment date keeps changing - now says September

even my cashback was due on 26-08-2006 but they have delayed the payment and told me that cash back will be paid as soon as the problems in their payment software sorted out.Until then i'm not going to make any purchase from mobileshop.

hmmm my contact finishes this month and i have a cash back voucher to send.
I might wait until i get this cashback first before i start a new contact with them!
I havnt had any problems with cashback in the past!

I had a contract started last september and the cash came through Quidco 7 months later. I think this is because that is when the networks release the cash to them for new customers.
