You have to send in vouchers with a photocopy of your most recent bill. Make a note on your calender and send in the vouchers on-time by recorded delivery. You will not get a reminder or be able to obtain replacement vouchers if they are lost or damaged!
Recently they changed their cashback process so that if you had bought a phone in the last few months you don't have vouchers to dend back anymore. You only need a copy of the bill.

Mobileshop.com is one of the best ones around. Just follow their T&Cs
    Yes, you can cancel insurance
By the way if you are looking for a good offer I went to Carphonewarehouse website and got Samsung D800 (clearance deal) with 9months at 99p on 12m contract on Orange Canary 30.
This offer takes some beating wouldn't you way?

Bummer none in stock, I'm looking for a good deal on twelve month contract, slide phone, bluetooth, Nokia if possible if anyone spots one.
I don't need a lot of minutes or texts by the way.

My first cashback payment from Mobileshop did not appear in my account as they stated. I rang and they said they are having problems with their cashback payments. This sounds very alarming to me and could possibly be an early indication that all is not well with Mobileshop. Is anyone else experiencing similar difficulties?

Have you got your money yet? I am due my 3rd cashback tomorrow but not heard a thing. I'm getting worried.

After making a complaint that cashback had not been paid into my account 2 weeks after it should have been, I got a cheque instead this morning, fingers crossed it won't bounce.

I've posted this before, but in summary if you get 2 cashback payments, it may be cheaper to downgrade your tarrif (sometimes a high tarrif to start with to get decent cashback....) and forfeit the 2nd cashback than pay loads for a tarrif you dont make full use off and claim a small amount back. I saved 2-3 times more than the 2nd cashback amount for example by downgrading :) They prolly thought they had got one over on me since I didn't claim, but it was me who was laughing!

What's the condition of the phone you received, I know they are not brand new, but would you say these handsets are *as new* or worse than that?

Can someone please tell me what's the lowest Vodafone tariff I could downgrade to? I'm currently on Anytime 200 @ £30 per month (from e2save, originally billed by CPW but now Voda direct).

Apologies to OP, I realise my question has nothing to do with MobileShop.

Now very concerned about mobileshop.com. Due to be paid today, logged onto the cashback tracking and they have altered the date from 2/09/2006 to 17/09/2006 without even informing me. It means waiting 60 days now for the cashback to be processed instead of the already lengthy 45 days.

Does this mean that the company is in trouble and having cashflow problems. I am due to get another deal this month and I was to renew with the comp but now I will have to look elsewhere.

chuckles1066, I think that one of the posters on the thread there is called Diana, so it may be that she is the same person and already knows this.

As for your extrapolation, if it is not true, then it is safe to say that you and MSE may be liable for defamation.

Several other suppliers have been subject of such speculation, and it is usually (but not always, unfortunately) untrue. The most successful retailers process hundreds of claims a week, so it is quite likely that occasional delays will occur.

The thread there and several posts above suggest that people have told that this will be sorted out in a week.

You have no apparent grounds to suggest that this will not happen. Until then, less guesswork please.
