Kgbdeals [text removed by MSE Forum Team] THEIR CODES DO NOT WORK!

I've also got a problem. Kgb's email to me was ridiculous. I have tried their number, 08000 118 012, and all I get is a recorded message basically telling me to go away and then the line goes dead. I have had good deals in the past and never needed to contact kgb. But with this current one, the supplier is proving difficult and kgb is not responding so this is changing my view of kgb.
Seeing how many have problems is an eye opener.0 -
i wonder sometimes what would happen if a company such as KGB decided to pursue litigation against people who post up threads on these (and other) calling them a BIG SCAM, accusing them of purposefully selling codes for cinema tickets in the full knowledge that they are fake and therefore fraudulent.0

Hi
Just to add to the thread, I also ordered a steam mop from KGB & My Kool Kitchen, never recieved confirmation of my order and had trouble finding information about it from KGB. They also told me they only had an email for their trading partner, no phone number etc. How can you operate professionally like that?
This morning I recieved an email saying "Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances the merchant is not able to honour the deal" & that I had been sent a refund to Paypal, which I had.
I hope all others also got the same message, and I would be interested if anyone actually got the deal.
There are some phone numbers for KGB listed at Saynoto0870, not tried any but it may help.
I for one certainly will not be dealing with KGB again, thier customer service is laughable0 -
Well im in the same boat ordered my steam mop voucher on the 21/5/12 i then got the email off my kool kitchen to pay postage via there link on the same day which i paid
and guess what no mop!!
ive sent 7 emails to my kool kitchen which ive had no reply
Ive raised a claim in paypal for the mop money and also raised the issue with kgb who have said there looking into it
problem is even when i get a refund for the mop i doubt i can claim for the p&p as its a service
ive had 3 deals now from kgb and only 1 has worked out
not happy
has anyone had there mop or anything infact from my kool kitchen0 -
Well update I asked kgb whats going on as 6 working days are up and I got an instant refund so cant fault them on that
my only issue now is trying to get back the £4.95 postage from my kool kitchen ive raised the paypal dispute but im not holding my breath0 -
I was just about to buy from KGB Deals and ran a quick google search to verify their integrity...having read through this thread I can safely say I won't bother. They sound like an absolute bunch of cowboys.0

all that kgb have to do is vet the merchant like i say out of 3 deals 2 have been bad but to be fair ive got my moneyback (apart from my p and p from the mop)
before buying a deal i would look up the merchant before paying your cash0
