Kgbdeals [text removed by MSE Forum Team] THEIR CODES DO NOT WORK!

Hi,
I've just wanted to share an issue I've had as a warning to others.

I ordered a voucher from KGBDeals for 2 pashmina's (still on the website at the moment). Following KGB instructions I ordered the items but the vendor website said the code was invalid. I emailed KGB the customer services via the website and they informed me that they had other reports of the same issue and gave me a different issue log stating that my other one would be closed. My voucher was somehow marked as redeemed but they put it back into active vouchers.

I left it a couple of days as responses are up to 48 hours and when I returned, the voucher still did not work and the query was listed as resolved. I've tried calling them (Cardiff) but it constantly says they're on the phone to other customers and there's no option to hold.

I decided that they clearly aren't fixing the problem and I can't get through to the vendor to see if they are aware of an issue so I want to refund my voucher. I've now noticed that the website is not geared towards refunds at all, in fact there are lots of questions about the refund policy but they don't actually tell you HOW to refund.

I decided to submit a query again and low and behold, I've been through the drop down options time and time over to find that there is no option to request a refund - only one saying "Where is my refund?". What an utter joke.

I guess if your deal works then you'll never find out how bad their customer service is, but I seem to be blocked at every avenue to getting any manner of customer service.

It was my first and last time using KGB. I'll stick to Groupon as I've never had an issue with them.
