Believe it or not, I spoke to someone from 118118.. googled their London office on 30-32 Whitfield street and found this after a good search...
They said they worked for 118118, but would pass the message on to KGB management and they said they have more calls for KGB Deals than 118118 - speaks for itself, but those who can't get through try this number (I spoke with Quinn).

I bought a voucher, booked the day,and they failed to give me a time.
I tentatively booked time off work for the day.
Despite many emails,it was a no show and no responses.
Today I see formula 1 cleaning are offering a gutter cleaning deal.
I wonder if they are one and the same?
I have asked kgb for a refund, and am waiting to hear.
Please be wary of these cleaning deals. It appears there is a history of them not being fulfilled.

I've been unlucky in recent months and had a few vendors that have either moved address without warning (hairdresser's landline phone number not answering and had to hunt out their website) or a beautician that only works Weds-Saturday (didn't say on the voucher!).
I'm finding with the hairdresser that changed address..even though I contacted KGB before the expiry date, they seem reluctant to refund me for it!
When I have had problems it's been lots of to-ing and fro-ing, emails, phone calls, whereas with Groupon I've had a swift refund each time.
Just about to get on the phone about the hairdresser, this must be my fourth call.0 -
Urgh...they keep saying my refund request is denied!
I contacted them before the voucher ended (albeit a few days, but I spent numerous occasions trying to contact the hairdresser...until I realised that they'd changed address on their website).
Then I tried to contact KGB by phone and gave up..anyone who phones their Merchant Support number will know that it usually goes on an answermachine and it's difficult to get through to someone.
Last time I phoned, they said they'd phone back. They didn't. I've told them I want them to phone back and get me onto some sort of complaints procedure, it's becoming a joke now.0 -
Aha, they've refunded me. I said it was absolute nonsense that through no fault of my own a hairdresser had decided to up sticks and I had to hunt out the information. And numerous phone calls were getting me nowhere!
I told KGB if I had to make one more phone call about this rogue deal I'd NEVER shop with them again.0 -
I warily ask the question, has anyone else ordered the android tablet deal advertised as a perfect present? I'm having trouble contacting the merchant. KBG said delivery in 21 days (order placed 24th November) and Bonarex said 21 working days, both have now expired, I have no Christmas present for my niece and I'm unsure what to do as I cant seem to get a response from Bonarex and I understand KGB will refer me to them. Any advice offered? Many thanks0

Hi I'm in the same boat. I ordered mine on the 23rd November. Found out on the 9th of December that I needed to pay for delivery. Thought I did using pay pal. Anyway had to dio a bank transfer for payment which I did on the 10th of December. Emailed Bonarex who said sorry at the mix up and they would send to covers to go with the the two laptops I ordered. After more emails I finally got a reply stating that they was dispatched on the 20 of December. My account with bonarex still says in finally stages. Emailed them on the 31st December still no reply!!!!!!! So I emailed kgb their response was they will get back to me in 6 working days. Still waiting!!!!! Not happy at all as like you they were Christmas presents...... have emailed both of them and told them I will be reporting them to trading standards. dnt no where to go from here.0 -
I am in the same boat I ordered the android laptop on 24th November from Bonarex via KGB deals. It also was a Christmas present still not here, no further forward either with Bonarex or KGB deals, numerous emails and phone calls. Unable to track the laptop on Bonarex's website as there is no tracking number. Really shocking I have also stated in my last email to KGB deals I want a full refund for the laptop and my delivery (£9.99 extra), I'm hoping I get a reply asap. Its shocking the service from KGB and Bonarex, KGB don't always reply to emails or phone calls I cant believe what sort of customer service they offer or not offer more to the point. Ill keep you updated if I get any where, even receive the goods I paid for!.0

Hi,
I bought a minibreak some months ago. I checked the voucher yesterday to see when it expired (still has 2 months). I wanted to see the voucher again this morning to ring the place and book and to my surprise, I can no longer do this, because it is now listed as 'redeemed' with yesterday's date!
Has this ever happened to anyone else? I'm getting panicky after reading so many horror stories here. If they will not honour the voucher, I want a refund.
Any ideas to what to do?
Thanks!0 -
