I think they're one and the same. On p2 of my MSE link, someone kindly advised:-

Possibly.... could be either and just shows this really is a con and not just a poorly run business.

OMG!! You can't believe these people can get away with it can you??

Took the advice of fellow outraged people, and forwarded my communications to Nochex, who replied to me within about 10 minutes! Said they will refund, so watch this space!

I puchased garden furniture form a company who used Nochex but I only noticed this after the transaction went through via their own website. I have paid for the item but have received an email from the Company informing me that Nochex has frozen their account and they cannot refund me. I emailed Nochex twice and left voice messages but not had a response. I have opened a ticket on-line two days ago and am still waiting. Has anyone experienced this from Nochex and if so have you any contact details or luck with speaking to them? many thanks

They also own me £32.98. I contacted Nochex and they told me they cannot get the money or goods and have closed the account. I replied to them saying that I will contact safebuy (which I have done) but I have a feeling the money is gone. I also contacted the bank (Barclays), I paid by debit card and they don't want to know.
Very annoying!! I don't think there will be much point going through teh small claims court as the guy probably has dissapeared into thin air.
  •:mad::mad::mad:do not ever use this company they are a scam

Ordered two polo shirts in February, same as everyone else offered a discount to wait although items still showed as available on line...£81.98 taken from my bank. As soon as asked for a refund they stopped replying to my e mails, I have tried writing still nothing, have told them will contact police, fraud squad and trading standards but still they ignore my e mails.

CAN ANYONE HELP...Paid on switch, have also tried NOCHEX but they also claim can't help.
