• My husband ordered on 28/05/10 and did not hear anything until he emailed them.

He was offered 15% off and told the order would be 7 to 10 days.

Once he asked for a refund he heard nothing from Ammo so approached the credit card company.

They advised to contact Nochex in the first instance.

The responded within 48 hours advising they were investigating then again 2 days after that to say the order could not be fulfilled and that a refund to the card will go through in 3 to 4 days.

It seems contacting Nochex is the best thing to do.

I too have fell victim to Ammo,

They contacted me to say the Polo shirt I ordered would be delayed so I requested refund, they apologised and offered me 20% off but I just wanted refund. After no sign of money I emailed them and they said 3-5 days, still nothing, emailed again 2-4 days this time but still nothing, it has now been over 2 months since I placed the order!!

I have contacted Nochex so fingers crossed I can get my money back.

Although I ordered with my debit card so not sure where I stand.

Speedy response from Nochex stating that they can confirm that "the Merchant, trading as Bargain Addict Limited are unable to provide you with your goods. As a result, your transaction has today been refunded to the card from which you paid to ensure that you do not lose out."

Nice to see this threads keeping up nicely, its now 8th when googling ammoclothing. But when its put as ammo clothing (note the space) it doesnt appear anywhere near the top so from now on when referring to ammo clothing, make sure you write ammo clothing as ammo clothing and no other form of ammo clothing;)

On a side note, one of the slightly higher up results is trust pilot where they have absolutly dire reviews of ammo clothing and all but a few condemn it. But wait, ammo clothing themselves, just like on here decided to reply. Have a read.
This review is absolutely disgusting. Ammo Clothing would NEVER refuse a cancellation!

1. You was OFFERED a HUGE discount on an already low priced product.
2. Instead of emailing us with your cancellation request you decided to write shameful reviews online.

Simply email sales@ammoclothing.co.uk and our team will deal with your request in good time.

A lot of people beg to differ.....
FAKE REVIEW.

OR you haven't checked your emails to see our message confirming your refund.

Very professional......
Customer has looked at the ridiculous reviews on this website and decided HIMSELF that he won't be getting a refund.

Infact, his order was already cancelled as requested and the three refunds were processed. Clearance is not immediate, it takes 3-5 working days for the money to show!

Yeh, right.....

Oh and it looks like a very small group, all contact info i can find points to one David Donoghue (the owner/director)

That email address looks juicy;)

(why have every single one of my posts today have the first few word cut off needing me to edit them back in?)
Back by no demand whatsoever.
• With regards to this message, I've tried to call that number and suprise suprise, it doesnt work 'you have dialled an incorrect number, please check the number and redial' and received a postmaster delivery failure message after sending a foul mouthed message to him.

Going to have to go via Nochex I think, i've sent a letter to them, to Watchdog, and Local Trading standards and awaiting replies.

Noticed on the site, they are no longer accepting orders, hahaha! I wonder if this is because they've been caught out.

Anyone anything further to add?

I tried to forward my 'Final Notice Before Legal Action' to the e-mail above, and have received a notification that there is a delay with the e-mail. Hmmm....wonder if he's inbox is full up? I don't know what to do now, i really don't. Determined not to give up though!

I've finally got my money back from nochex but the point it this guy is out scamming anyone he can. It looks like it's not the first time he's made an appearance on this website either (https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/479406) and also after doing a quick search of his name, see that he's also been scamming people looking to buy photograhy equipment http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/read.asp?forum=1000&message=31173477).

I think they're one and the same. On p2 of my MSE link, someone kindly advised:-

"I've been conned by them too! They have set up as cravingfashion.com and this site is still live. The WHOIS record for cravingfashion.com shows up some very similar names:

Registrant:
David Donoghue

Domain name: CRAVINGFASHION.COM

Then that leads to ejaffa which is where that photography ones to...
