I emailed everyone yesterday consumer direct nocheck and ammo clothing received an email today stating i would receive my money back within 2 to 4 working days fingers crossed eh!! I'm still going to contact watchdog and i think everyone else should to as the website should be shut down and the owners should be revealed for what they are! Thanks for every ones help.

Hi All - this is the first time i've used this!! I too ordered from Ammo, and too didn't receive the goods, and too have been promised a refund. I still haven't received it!! They e-mailed me early in the month to say I will have a refund in 3-4 days. I still haven't, so have sent a snotty e-mail saying I will have to follow legal proceedings if i don't receive MY money back soon, and that it would just be easier for them to refund me but will go down that route if necessary. Honestly, i can't believe these people haven't been shut down. They just steal from people and seem to be making a small fortune out and I can't believe the police haven't shut them down!! Shocking!!

Will keep you posted but i just didn't want you to get your hopes up with their e-mail saying that you'll be refunded. I've had it twice! Best of luck though and let me know what happens. I'll keep you posted too!!

Yep. So looks like your getting your refund. Did you contact the number/email i sent you? If not then i still think its a good idea to do so, make more people aware of this company and its bad reputation.

Hi, I too have been scammed! I have just found this thread :-(
They took payment of £40 from me on the 15th (for a Father's Day present!) and no goods, 1 email from them saying out of stock (from 'Keely'), 7 emails from me trying to cancel with no reply. What should I do? Thanks.

Do what everyone else has done, contact trading standards and the police.
Keep at them with emails but dont bother phoning cause no one will answer.
Im actually now talking to a quite popular tv show about this company, but i cant say any more than that for now.
If you scan the net ammoclothing.co.uk has quite a few threads started by dissatisfied customers.

If its watchdog then youll have to wait a long while for it to be mentioned seeing as its not on till autumn again. TS and OFT would be better place to focus on. I still cant believe the rudeness of the rep on here, just turned a blind eye to their illegalities.
    Back by no demand whatsoever.
