Just another warning to others i have been fooled by the same company. Exactly the same as other members. I have been waiting for a refund for almost a month. Despite promises of refunds nothing ever happens,I'm about to contact Trading Standards and pursue my money through the advised channels.

Good, keep at them and dont let them get away with it, get intouch with trading standards, the more the merrier to close these clowns down.

this company stinks,7 weeks ive been waiting,i was told that the items were out of stock and would arrive within 10 days.they dont answer emails,no phone number on the site,refunds not being processed etc.i sell online and would never treat customers like this,how can they get away with it?
£116 and nothing to show for it.scammers!!!!!

Just keep at em, there thiefs, and keep bumping this page, i know it may anoy some folks but if it helps steer others clear of that web site then so be it.
Contact the police fraud team, they were willing to help me and i got a refund, eventually.

I have fallen victim to these scammers and feel like such a numpty i ordered the goods on 24th may and got the same rubbish that the goods were out of stock and that they would offer me discount blah blah blah, I cancelled my order on Thursday 10th June but i have not received an email back. Emailed them again today asking them to refund me by next friday or i would be speaking to the police fraud team and trading standards do you think that i will get my money back? i'm nervous now. Thanks

They owed me £140 and as soon as I mentioned the police they paid me. I wouldn't give them till next Friday they could send you a cheque on Monday.

Thanks, i will email them today requesting my money back on monday. What kind of material did other people who successfully received a refund send to these scam artists to get there money back and how can they possibly still operate despite so many unhappy customers do you think by contacting watchdog they might shut them down?

I wouldn't except a cheque unless you paid by cheque, get them to give you your cash into the bank from which it was taken.
So many unhappy customers here, how on earth are they getting away with it! Watchdog sounds like a plan, lets keep bumping this page
