hello from me too . i made an order from belgium 10 days ago from this site and my credit card was being rejected for some reason so i let it be.
today i received the exact message: "Thank you for placing your online order. I have confirmed payment was successful and the following:
Your order can be delivered between the 07/06/2010 - 11/06/2010 and I can offer a 15% discount if you wish to continue. I apologize for any inconvenience and please let us know if you want to proceed with or cancel this order.
Please note: If you have already received this email or been advised differently then please ignore it."
The thing is that as far as i know i haven't been charged!! should i just ignore the message ?
what do you guys think?

i managed to get my money back but i really had to hound them.
They claimed there was something wrong with the BAC transfer , so eventually i got a cheque off them.0 -

And it cleared? The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!
If I give you advice it is only a view and always always take professional advice before acting!!!

Hi all seems i am the latest casualty of these rip off merchants. ordered a polo shirt last week and still not received it, no reply to emails either.
Only £33.00 but am very annoyed that these people can get away with this and the site is still up and running. I paid with a debit card so unlikely that i will get my money back. Has anyone actually received any clothing from them? Whatever needs to be done to close these clowns down then i will contribute anything to help. Very angry:mad:0 -
Trading standards, i suspect if you all pm eachother and collaborate in one letter to TS they will take notice as it seems to be a reoccurring issue that is in most cases in breach of the law.Back by no demand whatsoever.0

Yes it cleared the other day, I was frankly surprised. I made sure they sent it by registered post too.0

Have received an email advising full refund has been made and will take 3 working days to clear - fingers crossed!!
Alfaquil - if you cannot contact Nochex by phone try the 'shopper support' page on their website and send them a 'support ticket' with all details of your transaction with ammoclothing. They claim to respond to queries within 48 hours.0 -
Thanks,I have also received a refund today so I won't be needing to chase Nochex now. It appears that the imposter behind the scam site ammoclothing.co.uk is feeling the heat (thanks to the exposure of the scam on this and other consumer sites).0

I asked for my order to be cancelled today and have been told that the money should be back in my account within a few days, lets hope so.
As a retail seller myself i find it hard to understand how these companies find it easy to set up bogus websites and get away with it. When i had to apply for a gateway facility to accept card payments the applications and identity tests i had to go through were really strict so very surprised by this. Whoever is behind this must be very clever and cunning.
Hopefully everyone will either receive goods or get their money back, will post again in a few days to let you know if i receive my money0 -
Good Morning Folks
Well guess what, yay i got a refund, who'd have thought it eh, but yep, monies back in my bank, and it's only taken about 6 weeks!!!!! And, i doubt any of us would have gotten a penny back if it wasn't for this forum so a big Thank you to Mr Martin, and also i'd like to thank other posters who came on here and complained, and hoping everyone gets there cash back to.
I still dont know if this company is a scam or not, id imagine scammers dont tend to refund, and if its a ligit business then oh dear, someone is totally ballsing up that company big time because i for one will never use you again, and id advise anyone contemplating using you to reconsider, your customer service is a shambless, i mean, did anyone else else get a private message on this forum from ammoclothing.co.uk asking for there order number so this matter could be cleared up, and with a smiley face added at the end of the request???? i did.
( but never replied to it ) ye like im gonna give you my order number so you know who i am and iv caused this stink, id have never seen a penny again lol.
Anyway, power to the people, one company im sure whose going to bite the dust.0
