    Morning,
I have also received a full refund - money is now safely back in my bank account. I hope everyone else has the same happy ending as me

I reckon its legit, but with zero customer service...

If it was a scam no one would have got anything back imho :)

Yes I think legit with terrible customer service - shame cause would have used them regularly if they'd been any good.

Grrrrr i did do a quick bit of research on this company when i made my order but didnt find anything bad - however this post comes a few days after my order of which i have received exactly the same replies as above - im soooo annoyed?
  • Hi i just wanted to add a note never to use Ammo Clothing - i ordered 3 Ralph Lauren Polo Shirts for my husband 2 weeks ago for our holiday. 2 payments were taking off my card 2 x £92.96.

I contacted them straight away about these two payments which took me 2 days to get a normal response - i was told last Thursday 3rd June that this had been refunded and would take 3/4 days i am still waiting the money in my account

I have never received my actual order and have been given several new delivery dates and i was eventually told last Friday 4th and these will not be in stock for a couple of weeks so this is no good as i go away this Saturday 12th.

I told them to cancel my order and they told me this would be refunded also but as yet still no refund for either.

I am now out of pockets by nearly £200 and nothing to show for it. I have tried e-mailing all this week chasing my refund but no response.

I have contacted Norchex and they have said they cannot refund me as the money has already being sent to Ammo Clothing -

I know do not know what to do as i need this money for my holiday??

    Help

Just write recorded delivery to them stating they have 30 days from the day you notified them for a refund to issue a refund as set out by the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations and if they do not adhear to this they will be in breach of statutory duty and breaking the law and as such you will notify trading standards and issue small claims proceedings.

    Job done
    Back by no demand whatsoever.
  • is there anyway i can get the money back through my bank as i paid on my debit card?

You can try if its mastercard or visa as they have chargeback procedures but make sure you emphasise the lack of communication as this is the only reason that they could justify a chagreback on the original order plus the late delivery. The second transaction you will definitely get a chargeback on though.
    Back by no demand whatsoever.
