Anyone had any experience with this company? I bought some clothes, paid over 200 quid, supposed to be next day delivery, ye right, they took my money the next day then sent me an email saying goods out of stock, i asked for a refund and over a month later iv recieved nowt back except excuses, so, am i alone or is anyone else in the same boat, if so what did/have you done about retrieving your cash, not even sure now if its a ligitimate company
I paid with a debit rather than a credit card aswell

I think you have waited long enough.
Write them a letter before action giving them say 14 days to return your money or you will start legal action.
Send it recorded delivery. There is an address on their contact us page.0 -
Thanks for that info. I have tried calling many many times but no-one picks up, iv emailed again many times but keep getting the same responce, last one was, money will be back in your account last week, never happened, just so fed up of companys ripping people off, but not sure what my next approach should be, contact police maybe, i dont know, but im not letting this drop, too much money to loose, so BUMP BUMP BUMP up the page, hopefully someone can help.0

I thought I gave you an idea of what your next approach should be.
I am sure the police will not be interested.
I obviously got it wrong first time, so what sort of help are you looking for?0 -
Unfortunately, I find myself in the same position as you. I ordered 2 polos off the website about a week and a half ago. I was initially told that there had been a miscalculation of stock and that new stock would arrive within 6 days and be dispatched ASAP.
At this point I started to smell a rat, but kept on regularly checking the site. I noticed that the items I had ordered were still showing as available on the website so emailed back again to ask why, and just got fobbed off.
Today, the end of the 6th day since first contact, I got in touch again, only to be told that stock was going to be another 7 days. I'm not quite sure how long these people think they can continue to fob people off like that for before they realise what is going on! Even before seeing this post (and another on HotUKDeals) I was convinced I had been scammed, with this now being the icing on the cake.0 -
What do you mean???

Apologies, i didnt mean to sound ungratful for your advise, i have now written a letter and i also did contact the police and was surprised to hear that they are intrested in my complaint and will help me sort it out, i know they could be just fobbing me off but i shall wait and see.
Not sure what other kind of advice im after, im just sooooo peed off as you'll understand, anyway, i shall keep you updated and will keep bumping this thread for as long as it takes, if only to make other buyers aware.0 -
Good Afternoon - I'm Richard from Ammo Clothing.
We did have delays with a stock delivery which left a number of customers waiting for a long time, however there should not be any problems with refunding.
If your a customer awaiting a refund and have not received it then please urgently email sales@ammoclothing.co.uk and our response time is usually within 1-2 hours.
Any pending refunds will be immediately resolved.
Regards,
Richard

1. You need the admins permission to post on here as a rep.
2. how do you answer the fact you are in breach of DSR's policy of 30day refund limits? I suspect that email is what the OP has been trying already so id try harder seeing as your in breach of statutory rights which is an offense...Back by no demand whatsoever.0 -

I've already explained and will now repeat that any customers who have not received monies back after being refunded to urgently email sales@ammoclothing.co.uk and the situation will be resolved immediately.0 -

No. you explained why there are delays in delivery, this does not excuse your breach of legislation when refunding!, see you have still not asked the board guides for permission to post.Back by no demand whatsoever.0 -

It's not my position to discuss individual situations or legislation on a public forum.
The simple fact is I've explained what customers should do and the forum/admin/moderators/whoever is trying to stop me from getting the message across by threatening to delete posts.
Any customer who emails sales@ammoclothing.co.uk or uses the website contact form will have their situation (whatever the question/problem) promptly resolved.
There will not be any further posts from me as I consider the situation resolved.

Richard
