• Have contacted Nochex, my bank & Consumer Direct. Hopefully will have some luck.
• This has also happened to me, I placed my order on 5th June, for some Polo shirts, I also paid on my credit card & have contacted Norchex or whatever they're called left them a voicemail twice and I am yet to here of these.

I also received the same e-mails from Mark and Keeley, when I asked them a question I had the same reply back to what they're previous email said, I believe it is an automated response that this company has.. the message was currently out of stock and will be delivered in the next 10 days, this was 20 days ago. Still not heard anything. I don't believe this is a legit company.

Can anybody give me some advice of what to do? I have now emailed sales@ammoclothing.co.uk to cancel my order and have demanded a refund immediately or I will go to Police & Trading Standards, this was 2 day ago and I have still not received an email back??

Any help?

What time limit did you give them? Obviously they cannot refund immediately. Not physically possible, is it?

Write to them, a proper letter, giving them 14 days to supply a refund or you will start court action. This letter is called a letter before action. Google it for sample letters.

Of course, when the 14 days are up you have to carry out your threat.

It might help to read some of the other posts on this thread. There are some good ideas here.

Contact trading standards and contact the police, dont sit and do nothing, the more people complain to these two depts the sooner they will be put out of business and less chance of more folks being ripped off.

I contacted Nochex, and they have sent me an e-mail back saying they have passed this matter onto their Risk Team and if I do not hear back within 7 days to contact them? Does anybody know much about Nochex or received refunds from them??

You really need to send that sort of communication via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

It is too easy to say "I didn't receive your email".

edited to add:
It actually says "Send your letter by Recorded Delivery." on the Consumer Direct page.
