Without sounding rude, but what difference is it going to make if you send a letter by recorded delivery??

No doesn't sound rude! It's so you can prove that the letter has been received and you can see it's been signed for on the Royal Mail website. They have no come back then you see.

I received a payment from nochex. Keep bumping this thread, the more people that see this the less chance of being scammed.

My hubby asked me the other night why i bothered to post on this now since iv had my refund but its the principal, and if i hadn't of came on here asking for some info about this company then would have i received my cash back?
I doubt it.

So did Nochex give you your refund? And how long did it take before you got it?

Like i wrote above, yes i received a payment from Nochex, took a few days, 2 or 3 cant remember but it came from them.

Hi, after not hearing from Nochex for a week I noticed that they are registered with 'Safebuy', a consumer governing body, had a quick scan on their website it is possible to complain to them. I emailed Nochex and mentioned contacting 'Safebuy'. Within an hour I had my refund! Sorted. ;-)

I have contacted Nochex and they advised me my case has been passed on to there risk team and I will hear of them in the next 7 days, this was 5 days ago?

What do you think i can do?

Hi, thought i'd sign up to give my 2 pence worth, i was having similar problems been over 30 days 10's of emails sent with no refund etc so i contacted Nochex explaining the situation (i also contacted my bank who couldn't help) and basically told them they were a bunch on con artists. Next day i receive an email from Nochex saying thay have issued a full refund which should be with me within 4 days but no explanation of what was going on with ammo clothing so i sent them another email, this was their reply:

The business isn't currently accepting any new orders and won't be doing so until all of the current orders have either been dispatched or refunded. We're working closely with the Merchant to make sure that anyone who hasn't received their order yet will get a refund as we don't want anyone to lose out.

And just for the record searching online for ammo clothing doesn't bring up much without putting the postcode in so i'll put some key words in so anyone searchign online is directed to these posts and hopefully doesn't become out of pocket. Luckily for ammo Nochex gave me a refund as i was passign Essex in the next couple of weeks....

I have just received a phone call from Andrew at Nochex advising me that my money has been refunded back onto my credit card, I have checked my banking and this is not showing up yet? I will have to wait a few days now and see if my money is refunded.

I advise anyone who needs a refund to call Nochex.
