Yep, Fast4 are a great service, but keep an eye on the billing.
They usually email you before they are going to take the next payment, and it seems to have a habit of creeping forward. Just give them a ring if this happpens, easily put right.0 -

I'm at the inlaws lol. Just signed up for NTL and cancelled my BT line - gonna give VOIP a try, so no waiting for line to clear. Need to phone the credit card company next to see if I can get any money back. Any one had joy getting any back this way?0 -
It's too early for anyone to have received any refunds from Euro1net claims, but since the crash of E7even, seven weeks ago, many, many people have been successful in claiming, particularly with credit cards0

I'm afraid MAC's cant even be released now which means, for the time being, using dial-up, or being without internet until 5th September at which point you can then join another supplier presumably as a new customer and without a MAC.
Little more details on Ofcom's website here, or The Register's website here.0 -
I spent £240 in march 2006 on 2 years broadband(paid with debit card)
I have just realised why i can not connect to the internet. What can i do.I desperatly need broadband access to the computer.Euro1nets recorded message says you can not change providers due to a cease order. What can i do to get broadband on as soon as possible.I am on someone elses computer at the moment.Any help much appreciated0 -
as far as I am aware - you have to wait until the 5th Spetember, when BT wholesale cease all the broadband connections
another option which could work is changing say the BT account holder, as this could remove the broadband marker on your line - but I wouldn't know if this does actually work.... but you will have to get reactivated again
think i saw something about migrating aware... but cannot remember where0 -

You'll have to wait till 5th of September before applying for broadband with a new company. I would contact Euro1Net to see if they can get a refund for your service.
My advice - dont pick an isp that is asking for to pay upfront!!0 -
Even if you apply for a MAC the word from BT is that you will still be without a BB service for around 15 days from September 5th.0
