How about I send out a memo and I get that question answered for you huh?
You said thers a difference to PAYG and contract so I ask yet again whats the difference ?
You said the T&C's are outdated so wheres the new T&C's ?
You say thers no limit and yet it's quite clear that on occasions there is a limit so what is it ? and where does it say what the limit is ?
If you use the excuse about it being a large company but don't know why they haven't been updated how on earth is the average joe supposed to know what the T&C's are if you can't even find them yourself ?
How do you know what the current T&C's are if you don't know where they are ?It's not just about the money0 -
It depends on the customer vs service provider's interpretation of unlimited.
Unlimited could mean you can access it anytime, not that the amount of data is unlimited.
The average customer won't be using the service unfairly and hence won't have to worry about restrictions, the mere fact folk are worried about restrictions suggests an intent to abuse the service, however if it is genuine heavy usage then the user won't mind paying an extra premium for the facility
However it is reasonable to expect that if someone was to use it 24rs a day 7 days a week then it would be too far over the top. The problem about all this seems to be there is no definitve answer as to where the line is drawn ie if someone tells me the budget for a job is £10k then it would be unfair to bill the customer £100k or to start a job then stop once the £10 has been spent.
People need to know what the limit is and yet no one seems to know ????It's not just about the money0 -
As I said before iwantosave, I'm more than happy with O2 and don't have a problem with them. What I do have a problem with however is is someone who states trying to quote assumptions based on T&C's that don't seem to exist as an employee.

You know, if they had reduced it and hid it then I could understand all these silly little questions, but they have INCREASED it. (to be clear we are talking about PAYG).
The terms and conditions more than likely haven't been changed because the majority will be on the old version which did offer 200mb, and if they breached this they would be charged an overage, if it was in the T&C's that it was 500mb then these people would start complaining.
The difference is that one is for CONTRACT customers, the other is for PAYGO customers, the same way ONLINE customers get different deals than OFFLINE customers, they're called differentials. My 10 year old can understand this so I don't understand why its not sinking in with you, it's not a difficult concept to grasp.
To be honest I think you're just stirring it now and I'm getting bored repeating myself.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0 -

The OP asked the question and i pointed out the T&C's regarding the 200mb limit on the wesite but it seems it's a contract and you say thats different but now you are back peddling ..do you know the answer or not ?
Do you know for sure what the T&C's are and where they are ?Originally Posted by iwanttosave

What is the difference to a "PAYG Bolt On" and a "Contract Bolt On" ?
Is there a difference in price ? Is there a difference in Data allowance ?
What is the difference other than paying before or after you use the Bolt On ????
So lets try again shall we
What is the limit for the "WEB BOLT ON" is it 200mb ? and if it isn't where does it say what it is ?It's not just about the money0 -

I've read through the Blackberry bolt on Terms and Cond's for contract/simplicity and there is definately no fair usage policy.A home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0
