  • Im having the same problems. Ordered through topcashback on weds night and it still hasn't tracked. I'm one of those who uses a separate internet browser to make the order, so i dont think its an issue of not being recognised.

If it doesn;t track i might be encouraged to cancel the contract, cause it wouldn't be worth the cost for my usage.

    What's everyone else thinking??

I am the same. We used different browsers to order our 2 and cleared all cookies before going to TopCashBack. We even created separate accounts with 02 as my second attempt was refused for some reason. We have had a dispatch notice for both sims. I will give it to next Friday and if it hasn't tracked by then, I am tempted to cancel. The children are both on PAYG at the moment but this worked out much better monthly than we are paying at the moment but if we don't get the cashback, it will work out far more expensive and not worth it for us.

    I'm in the same boat.
Ordered last Friday through Quidco 2 sims one for my son who is currently on payg and one for myself because my current contract with O2 is up at the end of this month.
Neither transaction has tracked on Quidco.Quidco have said to allow up to 30 days but I can't take that risk so it looks like the only option for me is to cancel.
Both sims arrived today and I have been billed from 27 March:(

I did warn you about Topcashback. They aren't at all bothered if something doesn't track - even if/where it appears the merchant deliberately refuses to pay. It doesn't mean you won't get the cashback, but it could....

    Same here. Not tracked.
We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.

    Hi Tommy
This is part of an email that I have had from O2
Thanks for your email about cancelling your contract. I understand that you wish to cancel your contract as you've changed your mind. Don't worry, I'll guide you in cancelling it.

I can see that your SIM got dispatched on 28 March and you'll receive it within next 3 working days from the time it was dispatched. You can refuse the delivery to cancel this order. As you're within your 14 days cooling off period you can definitely cancel it by calling our customer service on 0870 600 3009 between:

    - Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm
    - Saturday 8am to 8pm and Sunday 8am to 6pm.

They'll transfer your call to our 14 days cancellation team who'll help you in cancelling it. You'll receive your refund within 10 working days from the time your contract gets cancelled. I'm sorry we can't cancel your order as it's already dispatched.

11.1 You may cancel this Agreement up to 14 days after the date on which you receive your SIM Card (the “Change Your Mind Period“) as long as you give us notice within this 14 day period either by returning to any O2 retail store or by calling Customer Services.

It should be 14 days after we receive the SIM card, it says so on the T&C.
