    I was going to submit a missing claim but have just checked my account and it is showing up as £25 and pending with a payable date of 31 May. It is showing as a purchase price of £0.

    I feel so much more happier now that it is actually showing on the system.
  • I made my order on weds night and it tracked today @ £25 (the expected amount)

    I did file a missing cashback report the other night but dont know if that actually did help, maybe the delay with tracking was due to the bank holiday weekend as ppl have suggested.

    I i was you guys, i'd do as Karluk suggests and check whether TCB recognised your purchase and if it did, just hold out a a little while to see if it tracks

    Now that mine has tracked i think i'll stick with the contract as i O2 came up trumps with my Broadband purchase and now i pay £1.08/month for upto 18mb internet and a £8 phone bill would definitely help aswell.

    Hi all,

    I thought it was worth posting an update on this post to reassure any members experiencing delays.

    Due to the bank holiday weekend, the sales for this offer had not been uploaded into the relevant affiliate network in the normal timeframe of around 3 days and therefore took slightly longer to appear in people's Top CashBack accounts.

    This has now been resolved and all of these transactions have been added in and are appearing on the member's Top CashBack accounts.

    These may have tracked at £25 cashback, but this is normal and the transactions will be uplifted to the correct amount of £200 before becoming payable.

    If any members do have an untracked sale after 7 days, please submit a claim for an untracked enquiry and we can pass this on to O2 where eligible transactions should receive a positive outcome.

    If anyone has any further enquiries, do not hesitate to submit an enquiry ticket within Top CashBack and our customer support team will be able to assist you.

    Mine hasn't tracked even though I was probably one of the first to order at 5:04pm on the 30th, just after the offer went up. Received the "O2: Things you need to know" email today also.

    I'll submit an untracked enquiry. :)

    This thread is about the TCB offer not the previous Quidco offer so I suggest you post any concerns on the thread regarding the Quidco offer, although there you have said you emailed o2 to cancel your 2 sims so I imagine that will be why nothing has tracked?

    If you did cancel and then re-order via TCB as you said you were going to then possibly neither Quidco or TCB will track due to a cookies problem.

    woo mine's showing up at £25 too. Dont worry LisTT, as Adam said any eligible transactions will be favourably dealt with if they dont show up. Give it some time though.

    Did yours JUST show up? Cos I saw your earlier post at 2 pm where it hadn't tracked then.
