Mine hasn't tracked even though I was probably one of the first to order at 5:04pm on the 30th, just after the offer went up. Received the "O2: Things you need to know" email today also.
I'll submit an untracked enquiry.
I was one of the first as well I guess, ordered mine at 5:25pm on the 30th. No SIM card, no tracking. Had contacted O2 and told the SIM was dispatched on 31st (so hopefully arriving tomorrow!).
Untracked enquiry submitted to TCB as well, if no response looks like I'll have to lose out on the deal
Topcashback has always paid up for me though so fingers crossed.0 -

Hi i ordered my on the 30th too no sim and it has still not tracked, when you submitted the a enquiry what did you put down in' "enter the amount you spent for each offer which applies to your purchase"?

0, because practically I did not spend any money in the order. You have the option to choose the type of contract you applied for, so I'm guessing that will be clear enough.0

I ordered my simplicity 20 O2 sim card on the 28th March and STILL hasn't arrived either, I'm hoping it comes soon, I have called twice and they have re sent a blank sim, this was last wednesday and still nothing today...Grrr frustrating as they send me a text stating they were porting my number today, on the plus side, Quidco tracked on the 29th for £25 and looking forward to the top up when it validates.Thriftkitten

my SIM still hasn't arrived, though O2 started charging me from 30 March.
the other problem is nothing is showing at Topcashback and i have opened an enquiry with them. But they don't look at it until 28 days in order to give the retailer time to send the cashback. However, this means you are then out of the returns period of 14 days with O2. So you could be waiting and not get the cashback after the enquiry hence you're stuck with the 12 month contract OR you could cancel within the 14 days and possibly lose the cashback (but you'll never know then).
what a load of rubbish this £200 cashback deal has been.
i also get the feeling O2 have held onto completing contracts until after the 31 March (i.e. from 1 April) so that they pay less cashback because Topcashback will then say you only had until midnight 31 March to complete, even though the order may have been made earlier. I applied at 11pm 30 March and got an email on 1 April that my order is complete, meaning i may be out of the cashback time. But what was O2 doing for the 2 days? Usually these emails are sent almost immediately (i got a contract with O2 a few weeks ago and i got confirmations within 5 minutes).0 -

I thought it was worth posting an update on this post to reassure any members experiencing delays.
This has now been resolved and all of these transactions have been added in and are appearing on the member's Top CashBack accounts.
If any members do have an untracked sale after 7 days, please submit a claim for an untracked enquiry and we can pass this on to O2 where eligible transactions should receive a positive outcome.

I applied on 30 March and received confirmation on 1 April from O2 (why it took them 2 days i don't know). But the cashback does not show on my TCB account and i have opened an enquiry.
However, the enquiry will wait 28 days which means i may be out of the 14 days O2 return period and what happens if i don't get the cashback (for whatever unknown reason).
Many other members are having exactly the same problems i have and these need to be resolved quickly before people start cancelling contracts (for fear of not getting the cashback and not wanting to be stuck with a 12 month contract at £25 pm.). Would be a pity if people had to do this because of TCB/O2 problems.0
