Hi all,
Hopefully I can clarify a few points raised.
- There were many hundred successfully tracked transactions for this offer, but it is the case that a small percentage of these will not automatically track, which can be caused by a number of factors.
- In the case of your transactions going untracked, please submit a claim for an untracked transaction. The affiliate network who runs the O2 programme cannot process these claims until 30 days after the transaction date but we can hold these until that time and submit them on your behalf. The reason that we cannot guarantee on an individual basis that these claims will be successful is that we do not see full details of what tariff was taken or whether a click was made from another affiliate site etc. As mentioned, these claims should result in a positive outcome and members who are eligible to the £200 cashback will receive this.
- It is normal for these transactions to track at £25, this will uplift to the correct amount of £200 before the cashback becomes payable.
Regards.
Adam

O2 state that my sim was sent on 1st April.
Date today = 8th April.
What transport methods do they use these days?We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.0 -
I smelt fish earlier. Thought it was my dinner cooking but I think it may have been TCB and O2 cooking someting up!0

Hi
I ordered on the 30th at 6PM, still not recieved sim and it has not been tracked just wanted to know when can we cancel our orders with o2 14 days from the day we order or from the day we recieve the sim?
Kind Regards0 -
Fazzx,
an 02 rep told me yesterday, I can cancel within 14 days of PLACING the order.
Others are saying differently - that the 14 days limit applies from the time you receive the sim card.0 -
You have 14 days to cancel once the sim car arrives not from when you placed the order, you will get refunded for any days you havent had the card with one simple phone call.
The sim cards take a little while to turn up, mine was ordered on the 26th March and arrived on 6th April. Ten days were refunded to me within about 60 seconds on the phone.
People seriously need to chill out over this offer! Those that have cancelled before the card has even arrived have all shot themselves in the foot LMAO!!
P.S both quidco and TCB both CLEARLY stated it will track at £25 and validate at £200Hi

As the above post.0 -
My o2 rep told me it is 14 days from the start of the contract but when I double checked I was told it was indeed 14 days from the date you actually receive the SIM card.
btw. You can call o2 to cancel on freephone 0800 028 8151 ;-)
I have asked o2 to clarify the 14 day question via email so that should hopefully clear that one up for everyone.0 -
Hi Me too :-( same boat as many others...
Mine sim only deal hasn't been tracked on TCB website and it has been 8 days now. The Sim hasn't arrived yet (although I have been billed).
TCB are telling everyone they cannot help for 28 days, this doesn't help us at all. This will then be too late if it doesn't track and we wont get paid on TCB website. I will too end up paying £25 per month for 12 months instead of £8.33 per month with the cashback deal. Main reason all of us (including myself) went for this deal due to the hight amount of (£200) cash back involved. IF I KNEW IT WOULD BE THIS MUCH HASSLE WOULD HAVE JUST GONE FOR AN ALTERNATIVE DEAL WITH TMOB or VODA!
Yep its true like mentioned above posts, it just doesn't make sense to take the risk, whilst TCB are not helping and support us in this matter. WHY AREN'T TCB TAKING THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY... TCB/O2 CAN LOOSE MANY CUSTOMERS DUE TO THIS!
Yes like myself, there are so many people with the same issue that TCB should be doing more.
HENCE TCB CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SORT THIS ISSUE OUT WITH URGENCY AND DONT MAKE PEOPLE WAIT ON THIS ANY LONGER.0 -

and what about the £200 cashback not tracking properly and people having to pay the full £25 pm for a year? Maybe the ones that cancelled actually did something sensible?
maybe your order tracked properly which is why you're not moaning or maybe you want to keep the contract even if it doesn't track, but for many others it is not like this.0 -
